I bought bunch of restaurant equipment from Liquidatorz including a used Hobart oven with proofer stand back in August 2021. They promise and keep insisting the machine would be nice and fully functional by the time it is delivered. But both oven and proofer did not work as they reached our restaurant. After all the drama, they sent technician but the machine still did not work after a week trying to fix it. We nicely asked to have it returned and refunded but denied (after all the expense and stress to get it delivered and installed). We are in process to bring Liquidatorz to to court get it returned and refunded.

I called up Metro Cleaners and had my answer promptly which at the end they welcomed me to walk in anytime. I arrived an hour later to the shop and was greeted by who I presume is the owner, she is very sweet! She then told me the cost would be $50 for the down jacket and offered me pick up the next day anytime after 5 and passed me a slip for pickup. They did a great job dry cleaning my jacket it looks new again! I was afraid it would've been too difficult to wash out all of the salt on my jacket but it is all gone. On top of that, my pockets were also cleaned out which was great considering lint and crumbs in general tend to populate there. On site there is also a dedicated tailor, I definitely have a couple pants that need to be shortened and hemmed so I look forward to returning here for so. They offer great customer service and reliable yet speedy pick up times which is all you need for a good clean

If I am asking that person ..you have this amount is sanctioned by insurance company...They did not intimate about this matter... First of all they swap the 1000 cad ..then after they give invoice bills...I noticed that glass charge is 303 cad......but that person said that to we will replace new brand sun roof glass ... That is fraud and cheating customers...If I go to any private auto glass body shop...every thing done under 500 cad and also in same day...they taken 23 days....they are cheaters...scam people with insurance companies...

I came here to repair a small diamond pave intial "C" pendant that was broken in the middle and…read moremissing a diamond. I came to Guo because the repair cost was less expensive than the other place in Gerrard Square. They charged me $80 for the repair which I thought was fair, but the diamond that they chose to replace the missing one is a different colour than the other existing stones. The curvature of the C is also a little bit off- which is my fault because I should have showed them a photo of the original. Overall, it was fine. You can only tell that it's been repaired on close inspection. But in the future I might decide to go elsewhere.
