I was seen by her and explained everything to her. I was prescribed medicine but was ghosted afterwards. I was met with unanswered calls and when I did get her on the phone, she would say she's busy, I'll call you back on lunch, or I'll call you right back. I never received a call back. I also had paperwork for her to complete but was unsuccessful with that as well. I called one day and was told by her staff that they were finalizing the paperwork but that was a lie as well. After several attempts to talk to her about completing the paper and medication questions, I gave up. This lasted about 3 weeks. If she didn't want to assist me, I would have respected her just being honest instead of wasting my time. I had to find another doctor to help me with my depression and paperwork. She has been awesome! She is dependable, honest and thorough. I finally got my medication on track and on the track on healing and feeling better. I will never do business with Sheila again. This office is very unprofessional. Patients should be treated with care especially when dealing with depression. I don't wish This treatment on anyone. I encourage anyone dealing with sickness to never give up and advocate for your healthcare needs. Some providers are only in it for the money and not for the care of people.

The office is nice and clean. There's water in the front lobby. Thankfully, because these summer months are brutal. I look forward to my weight loss journey with her. If you need to lose some weight, or just want to get healthier, go to her. She's the best. I absolutely vouch for her.

Every single time I needed a refill, it turned into a headache. Crystal initially prescribed me the wrong birth control. When I told her, she said she'd fix it but instead, she canceled my existing prescription and officially switched me to the one I didn't ask for. I had to call back to get it corrected and delayed my refill even longer. Once that was fixed, she changed my prescription from a 90-day supply to just 30 days WITH NO REFILLS. That meant my pharmacy had to request a refill every single month & every single month, Crystal wouldn't respond (3 attempts made in my screenshot) I had to call the office myself which is already an inconvenience & even then, it still took days to get it approved. This most recent time, I called on a Monday. It's now Friday and I still don't have my medication. I was finally told that the doctor wants me to come in just to renew the same prescription (that I've already been on for a decade I might add) because I haven't been seen in six months. Why wasn't this communicated to me when I called on Monday? It took them a whole week to tell me I need an appointment. Can you blame me for not wanting to come back? These people don't respect your time or health. Find another doctor.

My appointment was on a Saturday 6/28. I was seen for 5mins and told to come back Monday (Labcorp next door) to perform labs. I received an email 6/30 stating office is officially closed. They wanted to get me in to bill for that office visit. I contacted the office to let them know I was sick and could not get labs done this week. I was told " you didn't need to call us, we will upload your labs on the portal." They went on to tell me they would NOT review or discuss my labs with me. So what was the point of doing my annual exam with your office ? Had I known you were closing and could not complete my labs same day in clinic. I would have went elsewhere. Who would come to do an annual 45 mins away to be seen for 5 mins and drive back to a Labcorp, next door to the clinic a few days later to complete ,only to not have your labs even reviewed. ** Also randomly told me I had a cavity in my mouth. Mind you it was in fact a filling that isn't porcelain. Me and my dentist had a good laugh. Since when do NP diagnosis dental care.

Earlier this week, I felt sick and was actually unable to drive more than a few miles or go to work because I hurt my body by not drinking enough water and just wearing myself out! I literally didn't take the girls to school Wednesday because I felt too sick to make the trip! So, as stupid as it seems, I made an appointment at this place near my house to get IV hydration today. I'm so excited to tell you about this, and I hope you don't think I'm being crazy right now! There is a lady, who is a nurse practitioner at women's center at Hughley hospital, 12 years at MCA before that. During Covid, she realized how many people were actually getting sick and not able to recover because they weren't getting enough nutrients or enough hydration or enough of what they need from their food and drink intake. She opened this place, complete health at Green Oaks, one year ago! You just come in, take your vitals, and then you sit in one of those really fancy massage chairs like they used to have at the Brookstone store at the mall. Do you watch TV for 15 to 30 minutes while you get an IV and then you leave. All of the IVs are a bag of Celine, and then you can choose what you add into it. There's one for energy, there's one for vitality, there's one for hydration, there's one for mood elevation... I think she has 10 or 12 different ones available. So you get a massage, you get to relax and watch TV, you get hydrated, and you leave feeling so much better! This is better than getting a pedicure, I feel like it's better for my body than getting an actual massage, just incredible! She does take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, but they only pay for certain things. If you're paying out-of-pocket, it's $150-$200, depending on what you're getting. You can come just one time and give it a try and never go back, or you can do it once a month if you're trying to achieve some kind of a goal, like weight loss or if you are trying to increase your vitamin B12 to help with depression or anxiety (I'm planning to do that!) Please know that she did not ask me to do this, I do not stand to gain from this financially, and I really just thought it was so incredible. I want to tell people about this because I want to see people feel better and I want for all of us to take better care of our bodies to prevent getting sick instead of treating sicknesses that happen because we don't take care of ourselves! Really, whether you go in just for the heck of it now, or if you remember this the next time you start feeling sick or rundown, or if you remember to tell someone else about it when they tell you that they are having a hard time recovering from a sickness, please remember this! It is such a great business model, and I want to see this woman succeed!
