I came to La Bella Belly 3x! First time was to know the gender of my baby but since babygirl was being stubborn and didn't wanted to show her genitals, we had to reschedule for another day (no charge). The second time we were able to get a good shot and my friend was able to take my results in an envelope since I was having a gender reveal, everything was very discreet. I received multiple photos of her face/profile and her genitals lol. I was also able to take a fluffy with my baby's heartbeat it was (cheap like 20-30 bucks I don't recall very good). Third time was for the 3D photos, again babygirl was being stubborn but we were able to get good shots eventually, I don't recall the lady's name but she was amazing the 3x I went, definitely very patient and nice with us. I had an amazing experience I'll definitely recommend and come back if I have more kids lol If possible I'll prob be back for a maternity massage before I go into labor read more

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!!! They are amazing! I have been to another 3D/4D place in the area before this one, and it doesn't compare to the staff at LaBellyBelly. Hands down the best 3D/4D ultrasound AND massage place in the metroplex. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they really care about each customer. We did the special that had both ultrasound and massage. Our ultrasound tech was Breanna and she was great! Our baby was being stubborn but she wouldn't let that stop her. We tried everything and finally got her to turn over and got amazing pictures. She was really friendly and knowledgable throughout the entire exam. My massage therapist was Mandy. She was the kindest person I have ever met. She was so sweet and cared about every detail of the massage. She asked me what I needed/wanted in the beginning and explained each step as the massage went on. I will be back for a massage for sure, and back for an ultrasound with our next pregnancy. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the 80 minute pregnancy massage. It was definitely one of the most relaxing massages I have ever experienced. It was very dark and quiet and the technician was great. I've had two ultrasounds in the last month, and today I had a prenatal massage and pedicure. The overall experience was okay. I feel a lot of this place is in the nice appearance and decor. I wouldn't recommend or return for pedi or massage, but I would for ultrasound. Ultrasounds: The room is spacious with seating for several people. The tech was very sweet and knowledgable. She was genuinely engaged in our experience and was diligently trying to get good views. Baby wouldn't cooperate! We walked up front and she let the young lady at the front desk know we'd need to do another visit. The young lady was kind of rude about scheduling our follow up. Our second ultrasound we had the same tech again and luckily were able to get better views. Both sessions were on the dvd. The only think I'd change is the background music! I wish we would we had the option of silence vs the music. Pedicure: The tech was very nice and conversational. The process included soaking feet, trimming and filing nails, moisturizing cuticles, lotioning feet, and nail polish. They use Zoya Polish only which is nice since it is non toxic. I'm not sure what kind of base coat and top coat are used, but my polish did not turn out so well. LOVE the color but it did not go on evenly and bubbles formed on every toe nail. I stayed under the dryer for 20 minutes and it still wasn't dry. It has been 2.5 hours since I left and it's still tacky. I bumped one while taking pics and polish came off. :( I've included pictures - not sure what happened. Massage: They supply comfy robes and slippers, and you lock your belongings up in a locker area. If you've never had a massage or have only frequented Massage Envy, then you'll probably like the massage just fine. If you've ever experienced a very highly skilled massage, then you'll find this massage lacking. It was relaxing and peaceful, and the massage therapist was friendly. read more

I can only speak for the massage/therapy services, not the ultrasound portions since I didn't do that. I went in for an 80-minute pregnancy massage and a hot stone facial since I just entered my third trimester and was feeling pretty achy and icky. The spa is located in a very nice neighborhood in Rowlett, very convenient off I-30 and easy to find. Not a lot of parking but you should be fine. The spa is extremely clean and quiet, and has a posh atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The front desk girl greeted me with a lot of warmth and led me to a small, cozy room where I changed into a plush robe and slippers and put my things in a locker. They have a table of snack items (crackers, cookies, trail mix, etc) and purified ice-cold water for mommies to snack on while you wait. When I was settled, she took me back into the room where I was going to get my facial. I was made comfortable on a spa bed in a very dim, soft room with nature music playing. The facial was INCREDIBLE. I had a very relaxing facial and scalp massage, lots of moisturizers and cleansing milks and masks, and while a mask was on and a hot towel wrapped around my neck, my girl gave me an amazing foot and calf massage that felt beyond divine. When my facial was finished, my skin felt unbelievably smooth and hydrated and I was so relaxed. I was taken back to the waiting room for a brief moment while my masseuse, Desiree, set up the room and then she led me back there. She asked a few questions about my pregnancy thus far and where my worst aches were and then I got settled on my side with the pillows. She was terrific. It felt so nice and I was so relaxed that I actually dozed off about 30 minutes into the massage. At the halfway mark she had me flip onto my other side so that she could work the opposite muscles. She did everything from my scalp to my toes, focusing on the areas I'd told her were bad. I was always covered by a soft fleecy sheet anywhere she wasn't working on, so I never got cold or uncomfortable. At the end of each service the girls met me with cold water and bright smiles. When I went to check out, I wound up buying one of the extremely soft and cute birthing nightgowns they sell in the front lobby. They gave me coupons toward a future visit as well as a sample of their stretch mark tummy-butter cream. The place isn't cheap but for what you get, it's well worth the pampering experience. I felt truly spoiled as they doted over me, and I left relaxed and hydrated and feeling wonderful. Will definitely recommend it to all other mommies-to-be I know! Pro-tip: On their site they have a prescription download form. If your doctor/OBGYN recommends a prenatal massage for you, this can be covered by your insurance! read more

We used this placed back 4 years ago for my daughters pregnancy and it was amazing, we came back this summer to photograph my youngest daughters baby and it was awful! They are conducting business out of a hair salon suite and it was so cramped and uncomfortable during the process for the family to watch. I received the photos on USB drive but never did receive the email promised. I called and requested a redo and they said it would cost $75, I had a fit over it because we already paid so much money so she said they would retake them for no charge. When we received the photos from the second shoot, again, they were awful, very blurry and not good quality. I compared the two sessions, one from 4 years ago, and the ones from this summer and its night and day. I will not go back and warn anyone else who may be considering. read more

Had a 50 min couples massage and pedicure with my husband. The massage was amazinnnnnngg and did so much for my achey preg back and body. We added the foot and hand treatment, I will definitely opt for the longer 80 min next time and we are definitely planning on going again before baby arrives in March. The staff really pampered us, everything felt organized and relaxed. I would, however, skip on pedicure. I thought it was kind of a waste of time and not as relaxing or nice as going to a regular nail salon. The foot tubs don't have jets and the nail polish was old I think, mine did not dry well. read more

I had the 80 min maternity massage. Started out great. Velvet did a good job on back and shoulders. Horrible arm, leg, and foot massage. Then she put a spearmint oil on my back and neck at the end without asking and ruined the whole massage. It set my back on fire and gave me a rash. Very disappointed. read more

My sister and I showed up early for our massages and facial. No one came out to greet us or let us know that they were running far behind. After over 30 minutes of waiting the massage therapists came out to have us start paperwork. We got started less than 10 minutes later. I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my 4th. My therapist asked my desired pressure for my 80 minute ultimate massage and I said very firm! I lift weights 5 days a week and I do not like Swedish massages. My muscles are tense and have knots and I like them worked firmly. I stressed this multiple times before we started the massage so that my expectations were very clear. Well, she gave me the lightest 80 minute Swedish massage :( very disappointed! I even reminded her after 20 minutes into the massage that I need her to increase the pressure because at some moments I couldn't even feel where her hands were moving on me bc the pressure was so light! She spent most of the time on my back, I'm sure that I would've enjoyed that had I felt that she was making a difference and working through my muscles. I would've loved more than a few minutes on my legs. That was also disappointing. My sister also finished with her prenatal massage and was disappointed as well and said she's had much better prenatal massages in the past. Her therapist spent only a few minutes on both legs and she was a bit annoyed by that as well since the muscles under her IT band are too tight. Unfortunately, I'll have to go to another therapist for prenatal massages who will adjust when I ask for more pressure. Not worth $135 because I did not get what I asked for from her :( read more

Prior to my appointment she let me know exactly what to expect and how the appointment would go. Ohhh, the praises I could sing about this place -but no one wants me to sing so I'll just write instead. So tranquil. So peaceful. At 35 weeks pregnant, my back and sciatic nerves were screaming in pain. I got the Ultimate Pregnancy package. My lower legs and feet were in heaven for those 20 minutes during the massage (and the smells - pure delight). Now into the 80 min massage. Um, I'm going back. No one can stop me. It was relaxing and pain free, the pressure applied to each area was perfect - the masseuse really listened to me! I even had to go to the bathroom halfway through the massage - again, made to feel like it was an every day thing and no rush! At 37 weeks now, if I make it to 38 weeks, I'm going back. I can even go back for post natal massages! read more

This place is ok. The treatment Was great, but they made a serious wrong move by moving into the salons. At their other location it was very much a REAL spa experience with privacy. Now that they are in the salons, your experience is cheapened by open doors to the hallways from the treatment rooms for "all to see" and awkward staging in the hallways. Not to mention a very inappropriate settlement process, sitting on the couch in front of the next clients while the staff hover above you and the whole hallway hears how much your services cost and how much you plan to tip. My recommendation would be to only go here for a nail service, and get a massage service somewhere else with a little more privacy that will make you feel comfortable. Again, the massage was GREAT, but I won't be back for another one. read more

First off I want to say that this isn't my first ultrasound here, but third. I've had two ultrasounds with two different pregnancies here. For my gender reveal ultrasound I was given a $25 off voucher, which I lost and when I called, I spoke to the owner and she said she would honor it even though they are transitioning to a new program. Well I called and made my appt not knowing or being told that they had put a note that it had expired and that they would not honor it. So we arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appt and I'm told that it isn't being honored. After waiting 10-15 minutes with the receptionist trying to figure out what's going on and how to resolve the situation they finally grant us the discount. Well, we get taken back into the room by the tech who was super sweet, BUT I don't feel she really knew what she was doing. It took 10 minutes to try and get amniotic fluid pics, which is fine but even my husband didn't think she knew how to use the computers all that well. We also didn't get any pics of our baby and after three babies that has never happened! I just feel from start to finish this visit was a bust and definitely disappointed! Especially after such good previous visits. read more

Sono tech was very friendly but the fact that they are certified and "look at other things" doesn't matter as it is done in 1 minute and not even recorded like actual tech's. I did the before and after and yet found out after the prices for the after were out of my price range. La Bella Belly refused to refund me the difference of $135, I paid $270.
