Absolutely amazing customer service. They were able to access my needs and place me in the appropriate tractors with the correct attachments. I have two ranches with completely different needs. They could have sold me the most expensive tractors and every attachment but they researched my situation asked experts and came up with the correct tools to meet my needs. I could not be more pleased. I will never go elsewhere. I really was on the fence with John Deere and was just researching and looking at Kabota. They made it so effortless and I got a good deal with good quality products. First class all the way. Renato and Isiah were amazing. Answered all my silly questions about transmissions cabs etc. Very knowledgeable and will find out anything they do not know. Two thumbs up read more

I highly recommend Agricon Kubota to anyone needing equipment. Isaiah Webb was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. have a receipt and they will not give a refund we have been waiting 6 months then to find out they are using the excuse that they havnt located the parts to give refund. this was a prepaid work and parts that never got done. this now will be sent to our Attourne. stay tuned read more

Its a huge hodge-podge store with a lot of everything. You need to have some time and patience to scan the shelves, or come with a list knowing what you want. Helpful staff here who can direct you to what you're looking for if you can find one in the aisles.

A Novel Idea Bookstore

I have been itching to get some fiction to read since I recently got back into reading for fun. All…read morethe long and treacherous years of schooling ruined reading for me. Information regarding pricing or what was in stock was impossible to find so I had to go and check it out first hand. I was greeted upon immediately walking in. This place is way bigger than I thought it would be. I started browsing the book shelves that were in front and worked my way back towards the store. I only looked through the fiction section but noticed a huge selection of other genres like Sci Fi and Adult Romance. There was also a children's section in the back. Walking towards the front of the store, there were shelves with DVDs as well. In the middle of the store, there's a little lounge section with comfortable chairs and tables to read at. I was carrying several books so I decided to grab a shopping basket. They have the cool ones that have wheels and suitcase like handles. I finally made my way to the register and chatted with the employee. She asked if I found everything i was looking for, to which I did not. She offered to look up titles I wanted and even though they did not have any in the store, she offered to put my information in the system if those books do show up. I purchased 6 books and paid almost $20. Not horrible but I thought for sure it would be cheaper. They have a buy back program, where you receive store credits but I forgot to inquire about the details. Of course I will be back!

My wife purchased a tractor from these folk last December. Not top of the line, but not bottom either. When we purchased it (they do have the best prices in FL), we were concerned about service, as we are about 2 hours from the shop. The sales man, Josh, sold us a story with lots of "no problems" and "we'll take care of you". Long story short, each time there has been trouble or concerns with the tractor the experience is the same. Emails take days or weeks to get answered IF they get answered at all. Contrary to the story we were sold, service will not come out and inspect the tractor and they wont evaluate by video or photo. So, if there is an issue, they warn you - "If its not a warranty issue, you will be charged the delivery". Beyond that, their service department has no attention to detail. The one insurance repair we had done there was delivered and dropped off without allowing us time to inspect. There were several issues left either un-touched or not properly repaired. Of course, when called - we got the line above. Basically folks, if you want the best price and are not concerned with after sale customer service or quality of repairs or just simple basic "we give a crap", then AGRICON is the place to shop. For us - they failed - several times. read more
