This hotel is a five-star gem for its prime location, as it's just a short walk to all the must-see…read morespots like Christmas Street and those amazing pizza places, all within about seven minutes. The street can get a bit noisy, but once you're inside, it's a peaceful retreat. There are plenty of drinking places just outside the hotel. Interior - The hallways are spacious and accessible for those with disabilities, and there's also a small elevator or stairs available. You might hear some footsteps from guests entering and exiting their rooms, though.
I'd suggest checking out the restaurant just outside the hotel; they offer a sweet 10% discount for hotel guests. The hotel was incredibly clean, though it had a bit of a college vibe with IKEA-style furniture.
Getting from the Naples train station was a bit of a challenge, especially with our large luggage, so we ended up taking a car service.
The only downside is that you have to hand in your key each time you leave. They do have a 24-hour front desk, and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
I initially booked a queen bedroom, but they upgraded us to a larger unit with stairs and a loft-like feel. I wouldn't recommend the loft if you have mobility issues, as the bathrooms are upstairs. There's a sofa downstairs.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for a walk, ability and access to some of the touristy spots. However, it is pretty far from some of the other highly rated pizza places or the coast. You're really depends on what you're looking for, but I do think this is the best hotel in the central Naples area. It was very safe.
