I'd intended to book at the Holiday Inn close to the airport, but accidentally selected this hotel. It was my fault that I realized within an hour of booking this room. I attempted to cancel. It was a non-refundable rate. Hotel had option to allow me to cancel but refused. OK. So in return for me paying for a room that I won't use, I'm giving this negative review and will do so on every travel site that I can find on the Internet. Stayed in this Holiday Inn for a few days and really enjoyed my stay here. The staff here were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and had their own air conditioning unit. The breakfast we had every morning was very good. I enjoyed the variety of food that was on offer, I especially liked the carrot, orange and lemon juice. Only complaint would be the wifi, whilst it was free to use it was rather hard to connect to. Sometimes it took us 30mins+ to get to the log in page on other occasions we just had to give up and do without. Overall had a great stay here and would highly recommend the Holiday Inn here at Vulcano Buono. read more

Hotel Holiday Inn - Hotels Near Me - Nola, NA

I've stayed at Holiday Inn's before and they are a well known name. Everything was great, except the bathtub could use more intense cleaning. We had a balcony. It is conveniently attached to a mall. Shopping and food are super convenient. Holiday Inn is a name I trust, coming from the US. I would stay here again. It's about a good 30 mins inland from Naples. We stayed here to go to Mugnano di Cardinale to visit Saint Filomena's museum. We're still had to take a taxi, nonetheless considering my semi language barrier (I can speak Italian and get by and understand more). It's nice when the hotel staff can understand you and speak English. read more
