Our booking experience was easy and very efficient. It was a pleasure to communicate and do business with such friendly, diligent, and honest staff. We enjoyed being just a few steps away from the heart of Ponce and with ease we were able to enjoy the delights of La Plaza de Las Delicias. Where we find amazing food, shopping, free live music and the breath taking Cathedral dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe. We are looking forward to come back to Puerto Rico and stay again at This is It Puerto Rico properties. Esta fue la segunda vez que nos alojamos en los apartamentos This is it Puerto Rico en la Calle Villa en Ponce, Puerto Rico. Nuestra segunda vez fue tan maravillosa como la primera vez. La experiencia de reserva fue fácil y muy eficiente. Fue un placer comunicarnos y hacer negocios con un personal tan amable, diligente y honesto. Disfrutamos de estar a solo unos pasos del corazón de Ponce y pudimos disfrutar fácilmente de las delicias que ofrece de La Plaza de Las Delicias. Very unfortunate company this is. We attempted to work with them on a booking for a trip planned…read more We found a better price on a different site, so we attempted to book the better price. Fariel and his team refused to cancel the booking (it was within 1hr of booking it) until we booked with the other website (to secure their reservation, because they have none). Due to the room being booked, clearly we were not able (because it showed booked). We asked to book directly with them, and they tried to charge us even more, and take advantage of us. They had us give them our credit card information, then all the sudden we started receiving texts that there was fraud on the card, as it if they immediately sent our information to someone to use our card for other purposes. We had to cancel the reservation. They became aggressive when we did, now we are dealing with it, with our credit card company. When choosing where to stay, there are many places to choose, I just would not recommend this bad company.
