HOWEVER, this company never communicated what they needed from me to complete the neighbors job. Instead i came home to a tore up/dug up yard, my fence broken, my fence post broken and my fence UNRELATED to the neighbors job tore down and laying in my yard. In the end, they fixed and seeded my yard and rehung the fence removed and replaced the post. But It would have been professional to communicate with me since you needed my yard to easily complete your job. I would have appreciated this professional communication courtesy instead of all the stress.

I called RGG and though they generally only do commercial snow removal, they came out the same day and cleared my driveway. I will use them for anything, anytime year round. When I went to tell them about the problem with the property line, an employee of Diamondcut went crazy on me. He called me unspeakable names, and told me he would kill me when I least expect it. I was very concerned because he knew where I lived and I knew nothing about him. The more I thought about it, with his red face and screaming and terroristic threats I feared for my life. And still do, He knows where I live I knew nothing about him. Well, the owner never called me to apologize and this guy continues to work for them. At the time of the incident I called the police. But, that has not given me peace of mind in the middle of the night. I fear for my life. Diamondcut. You should choose your employees a little better.
