I was assured the driveway would be properly graded away from the garage and foundation areas. After the work was completed, I experienced cracking, drainage problems, vegetation through the asphalt, and water intrusion toward my garage and basement areas. The asphalt elevation near the garage was significantly higher than before, changing the drainage pattern around my home. I contacted the company multiple times regarding the problems and provided photographs. Responses were inconsistent, delayed, or ultimately stopped altogether. What should have been a straightforward home improvement project became a lengthy and stressful dispute. One important lesson from my experience is to be very careful about payment method. In my case, I paid cash and did not have the consumer protections that would have existed with a credit card if workmanship disputes later arose. After researching further, I was concerned to find other customer reviews describing similar issues involving drainage, grading, workmanship concerns, and difficulty obtaining follow-up service after payment was made. My advice to homeowners is to get every promise in writing, carefully document slope and drainage expectations before work begins, inspect the work after the first rainfall, and use payment methods that provide consumer protection.

I ordered 95 railroad ties and they were all broken and rotten full of weeds and poison ivy. dug out of a hillside were they have been for 50 years or more I returned them to him in exchange for what he said he could guarantee hand-picked grade B quality railroad ties. I was at the north Jackson location with his operator, Chris May as he dug through the ties and went dump a pile in front of me. I sift it through them and we couldn't find any better that were better than the rotten and broken ones. I returned and at 3 o'clock, Chris left and I still had not gotten all my ties and I had maybe found only 10 solid ones that were worth anything, so no refund no ties and they just ignore my calls and text messages....
