Nothing in life is better than having options, and National has some of the best options for automobiles I have ever seen. This company has made it effectively impossible to resolve a legitimate dispute.

I objected that I have a reservation with a firm price already booked. The manager intervened and did find me another vehicle after I protested. But later on I realized the car was missing window wipers and had low tires. Not up to Enterprise standards.

I mean that. Her customer service was immaculate. She was the main woman at that counter. Running the whole show. And somehow every single person who walked up felt like the only person there. She was fully listening. Actively hearing. Not just nodding actually taking it in and responding to YOU, not just the transaction. That kind of presence is rare. Lucy has it naturally. Avis, whatever you're doing to keep her, keep doing it.
