I thought I would sleep well after a massage last night, however I've been up all night in pain. My back and neck are incredibly sore. The table was too high so I landed hard on my bad knee. It's now very swollen. I'll be visiting an orthopedic doctor. Then to cap off a terrible night, a cord was unplugged across the back of the small, dim room so I stepped on the metal prongs on my bare foot. What should have been a relaxing, healing part of my self care was stressful and harmful instead. read more

I'm fairly picky when it comes to massages. I search high and low for masseurs that can dish out firm pressure during a deep tissue massage. I also look for places that hire talent, retain talent and enhance talent. Ahhhh massage has checked off all those boxes each time I have gone. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

Because of the nature of my job it is quite difficult to arrange an appointment with a specific therapist so i have always let them chose the therapist that was available when i could get away from work. Initially when i first started going here it was great, every therapist was quite well at what they do. Over time it just seemed to get worse and worse, perhaps it was the therapists i was getting, but the last three had been by far the worst, one of those i paid for a 90 minute massage and i was shorted 25 minutes at the end rather than the usual 10 minutes. However the last massage was definitely the one that was the straw that broke the camels back, part way threw my session the therapist left one hand on my back barely moving it and it seemed like she was texting for several minutes, after that i realized that i was listening to her enjoying her mid afternoon snack, hearing her smacking her mouth for the next 20 minutes, totally and completely unprofessional. I do not see where if your touching me while you multitask for a third of my session counts as a massage. Needless to say but i will say it anyway, ahh.... massage will no longer get my business. read more

I haven't had a massage in years so I didnt know what to expect. I was a little disappointed because my massage got started about 15 minutes late and it ended right at the one hour mark so I really only received a 45 minute massage. The massage its self was great! I still left with knots but it was better than when I came in. Overall, it was a pretty good massage,but I dont know much to compare it too! read more

I got a massage a few weeks ago and the masseuse was pretty good so I bought another two massages (as they had a deal going on at the time) to use on myself and my boyfriend for a couples massage. We arrived 10 minutes early as they instructed us so my bf could complete paperwork. The paperwork took all of 2 minutes and we sat out in the hall, without having been acknowledged, until they came and got us a few minutes PAST the hour (which was supposed to be our start time). So already running late, they quickly asked us what areas to work on, etc. The massages were okay, not as good as my previous massage. And when they said they were done, we noticed it was ten til the hour, meaning the total time of massage was about 40 minutes when I had paid for two, 60 minute massages. Ultimately they shorted me a total of 40 minutes of massage time (20 mins per person)! I understand that a massage might be a few minutes short due to questions and undressing/dressing but this seemed extreme and was quite upsetting. I gave them two stars because the first massage was the correct length and a quality massage. read more

My first massage was disappointing. The massage therapist didn't tackle any of the problems I pointed out. Last night, however, I saw Renee and she was great! I like deep tissue massages, and for the first time, I almost had to ask her to stop! She also did special stretching, heat pads, etc. My complaint with both times, however, is that they charge you for time that wasn't fulfilled. My first "hour-long" massage lasted 50 minutes. Last night she went 10 minutes over. I was impressed, thinking she had simply done this because I needed it. Then, she recorded it as a 1 1/2 hour massage! I wasn't even the building for 1 1/2 hours! I plan to go in and complain at some point. read more
