I personally, think that is awesome. I had a basal cell carcinoma on my nose removed and the doctor was wonderful in explaining what was going to happen and what my options were and what I could expect from each one. The nurses I dealt with were Yani, Jeanine, and Shawn (not sure of the spelling on the last one) and they were wonderful, personable and professional. First time, my insurance wouldn't cover the medicine, which is never an issue I've had. But they carry it in office, if I want to come pay for it out of pocket. Second time, they didn't even attempt to give me a prescription medicine covered by my insurance. Instead, they handed me $120 worth of their brand medicine for my secondary issue. Then they forgot to send over medicine for the primary issue until I called asking for it to be sent over. Just like my first visit, it was denied by my insurance. Rather than doing the prior authorization paperwork, they just sent over another prescription. My insurance wouldn't cover it because it was considered a second step, which I told them. They then tried to second a third prescription to an online pharmacy which they assured me was usually covered 100% and after my insurance denied it again, I had to call for the 6th time to just beg them to give me one my insurance would cover or do the paperwork to have them cover the medicine they say I need because I don't have $200 out of pocket per visit for medicine when I am already paying for insurance. After this, they didn't call back. So 11 days after my visit, I call AGAIN for the 7th time to ask them why I still don't have any medicine sent over and they FINALLY sent it to my pharmacy. So I will NOT be going back.

Hallelujiah! The office decor is so inviting and comfortable and exudes class, personally I appreciate that. There's something comforting about going to a dentist office and kind of forgetting that you're actually at a dentist's office. The staff is hands down the most friendly I have ever come across in ANY office, medical or not, and that absolutely includes Dr. Fogel. Even when it's been months since I've come in they always remember me, and not just my name, my kids, my job...very very friendly. Dr. Fogel is a great dentist! He makes sure that you are comfortable every step of the way and does awesome work. I have had several visits and procedures done over the past 2 years (had a bout with a couple dental tragedies) and even though I absolutely do not like going to the dentist and am bad about making myself go, I feel BLESSED to have found this practice (even my 4 year old does great here...as "great" as a 4 year old can do at the dentist :)
