Everyone has always taken the time to explain things until I was satisfied with my knowledge. My son now has a service dog and we have never had issues with her at the hospital or the Considine building. It is already so frustrating and hard to understand and navigate infertility as a patient, and this office does not make that any easier. I have received wrong and conflicting information from different people multiple times now. I'm literally in tears because it is all so hard to navigate. As someone who has seen an out of state fertility doctor (and had a wonderful experience) and had a successful IVF retrieval, transfer, and given birth to rainbow baby, the fertility doctors office really should do everything possible to ease this very difficult process for patients.
