When I first contacted them I was given the name of a male therapist and at first said NO. I am glad that I changed my mind and went with Dr. Kukoleck. He has helped me more than the couple before him. As for the veteran, there are procedures that must be followed and dishing the company because you didn't get what you wanted is WRONG. You enter, check in and you are next in line, unless someone comes in very serious. A TV in one area is on. A vending area is right there. The back medical area looks large and busy. Lots of staff are milling around. I am here with a friend who saw a doctor at the Clinic, and now she's getting a CAT scan. It's nice to stay in the same building instead of driving somewhere else. Tuesday is a good day. We stopped in on Monday and the ER was full. The receptionist said that Mondays are busy days from the weekend.

We are 50ish, and we love that she's not way older or way younger than us. So she can identify with other aspects of our well being because she can relate to some degree. We've always had positive experiences with her care and ability to address our needs. Someone posted something negative about the office or appointment processes. While it is her office, we feel the need to separate the two. The quality of care is most important. It would be great if the online scheduling had more near term availability, but we know the best way to get in quickly is to call. Otherwise if you're on online creature, you can get something out into the future if it's not urgent and you are able to wait 6+ weeks. The staff is friendly and will do their best to meet your needs. And they seem like they're always trying to make improvements on that front. But the care has always been outstanding for us.

I hadn't even finished the second page of my paper work it was so fast. They still wouldn't let me have my appointment, and I left in tears, unsure what to do as I had a uti, and needed this appointment. Honestly, when doctors often make patients wait 30-40 minutes, and this doctor can't even excuse 8 minutes, I'm glad this won't be my family care doctor. Please avoid this doctor at all costs.

The receptionists are not always the most friendly and if you need a same day appointment it is extremely difficult to get most times. Getting blood work done here is fantastic I HATE needles or any sharp objects coming at me. But with their blood drawer I never even feel the needle! It is the most pleasant experience ever. No rooting around for a vein, no double poking claiming rolling veins, no saying sorry your vein collapsed.
