I waited at least 6 months to get this appointment and Tina, Receptionist, was well aware of the circumstances. On the morning of the appointment, only 2 hours before our slotted time, Tina called to cancel and stated the Dr. "has to leave early for an emergency". Now, I wasn't happy but realize emergencies happen and asked to be seen by someone else in the office OR get in earlier before the Dr. left ... really anything to accommodate the Dr. note: I was changing Doctor's so my Aunt could be closer as she does not do well travelling any distance. Her prescriptions were expiring and it is critical that we were seen by a Dr to renew the scrips. Tina stated there was nothing they could do and I could not get in at all that day. I reiterated that I was flying back across country the next morning and could not come later that week. At this point, Tina became rude and essentially stated "there's nothing we can do for you and I'm ending this conversation". I am still in disbelief I was treated this way and this office jeopardizing the medical care of an elderly woman. This is absolutely unacceptable and egregious. I would stay far, far away as I would question the level of care and responsibility for any provider that would think this is acceptable. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I was sick recently and the office nurse called me to check on my wellbeing. Then without asking all of the meds I needed to get better were ordered. Then they followed up to check on me over the next few days. I really like Dr. Ryan. He takes the time to sit down and talk to me and it doesn't feel like a rush job. Jennifer the NP is awesome and I'm so glad she's apart of the medical team there!!!

Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!
