DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever use this tow truck company. I called in to get my van towed. At the point of the phone call and I clearly explained the situation and how I was not present with my vehicle but would have someone there to make sure the tow went through and the services were paid. We did not have the key and when the tow truck guy came to do the job he was unable to tow the car without the car. Up until this point no one explained that we needed to have the key present or that they were not able to perform the job without a key. At this point once the company decided that the job could not be done he then asked the person that was with my car to pay a $10.00 fee and reluctantly we agreed. After a certain point he handed my boyfriend the apple pay phone and tried to charge a $40.00 for NO SERVICES or even being front loaded with it being a $40.00 because again we were initially told $10.00. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend services from them. Update: They called me back to say I should "look for other tow truck companies because there was an issue with their tow truck driver Felipe" To be clear we were never going to return a call to their company due to the sketchy interaction of them trying to charge $ 40.00 under the pretense of a $ 10.00 non service fee. Please do not spend your money with this company due to the fact that if my boyfriend did not look at the apple pay services he would have gotten scammed out of $ 40.00 for absolutely NO SERVICE. I work with a bunch of towers as I am an insurance agent for the tow truck industry and never in my 8 years of experience has any one ever did business this way. Please find a more reputable tow truck companies with the capabilities of towing your car WITH OR WITHOUT a key as this is a simple service. read more

We contacted this company for towing in Clovis. They called back and told us they couldn't find us and to call someone else then promptly hung up. They never bothered to try and discuss where we were, or get better directions. When called back they said they were too busy to try and get directions. My radiator cracked getting off work and had called them once I got home to get a tow the following morning. Excellent Service, very nice, humble, and friendly. price was great for a tow from the the north side of fresno to the east side. My car was very low for the truck he had brought but wait that was no issue! right away he called his son brought a bed and right to work. Didn't even take 10min!! I had let him know someone will be waiting at the other address. I was so happy with the service, as well as the drop off everything went smooth. I didn't have a wait time because I scheduled them to come around 9:30-9:45am. This experience was so bad & shady to me, tough to know where to begin. Here goes: First, I called 24/7 Fresno Towing at 559-763-0600 (247fresnotowing.com), to have my truck towed to my in-law's home. The truck that showed up had Ahumada's - Towing, 24 - 7, 559-558-2280 on the side of the door. Showed the driver the address my wife had texted me. He wrote it down. I payed him $60, and he left. Got a call from him saying he wasn't sure about getting the truck in the driveway, but that he'd try. He asked if the house was brown, I said yes. Didn't hear back from him, so I thought all was good. Later in the evening, got a call from my in-law asking where the truck was. Called the driver from the number he had called me from. He stated he left the truck at the address he wrote down. Problem, he wrote the wrong address. But, wait, there's more. The address he wrote down doesn't exist on the street provided, and the truck was nowhere to be seen on that street. But, wait, even more, when we called the police, they ran a check and found that truck had been towed from someone else's house *and* it wasn't even on the right street, it was one street over. The entire time, I'd been calling the driver, asking him to show me where he left our truck. He wouldn't do it. Kept hanging up. Both the police and the other tow truck company confirmed it was on another street. When the driver finally called back, he denied leaving it on the wrong street and insisted someone must've moved it from one street to the other (the truck isn't operable). He flat out lied. We had a mutual heated exchange. This case will be going to small claims court. I'm getting my money back, plus the money spent to take my truck out of holding, along with the money spent to take it to its originally intended location. Oh, btw, when I called 24/7 Fresno Towing to complain about this driver, the driver himself (driving the Ahumada's - Towing truck ) answered, so for some reason, this business seems to be operating under more than one business name. Ahumada's Towing service was excellent. My car battery decided to up and die on 41 south. I called and he showed up within 20 minutes. Since he gives you the first 5 miles free ($3 dollars for every mile after the first 5), the service was fee was only $59 for the whole thing ($65 if you use credit card). That's a great price considering all of the other options out there for emergency situations. He was very friendly and professional. He's also bilingual. Very reliable service. I had to get my car towed, very last minute, to a repair shop before it closed. I had called a couple of towing companies, but they where not available. One of them wanted to charge me $25 more than the rest. Jose was able to pick up my car and drop it off on time. He charged me the price he quoted me (very reasonable) by phone, no extra charges.
