i do not recommend this company at all fresno police used them november 1st and they stated my license was expired which was not had not been expired or suspended until december for this year therefore hunter towing stated that i owe much more money for two nights instead of i was thinking of the price 300 bucks if they said it was $4,000 keep on coming out with these excuses excuses i had a crown victoria 2005 with many upgrades low miles they didn't let me get nothing out of my car including a lot of personal belongs in my blonde and my parents that are deceased now we were in a process of moving to oklahoma i never deal with a tow company like this whatsoever they haven't heard the last of me yet though i'm going to prove all this and i'm going to be quite a bit of trouble so i think that they need to be brought up on charges and my name is daniel beason maybe somebody can get a hold of me and we can work on this together because it's totally totally wrong talk to other tow companies they don't operate like that i'm not supposed to operate like that these people won't even call me back or answer the phone for me anymore thank you for reading this taking the time for it sincerely daniel beeson read more

I could not have been happier with this service when I called this morning to get tow service for my car that was inoperable but able to be put into neutral in front of my home and then picked up and towed into my garage on an elevated driveway Herndon Towing could not have been a nicer company. Quality Service began at the beginning with the person who answered the phone which I later found out was the owner of the company and I was really nice. Leroy the driver was very friendly he told me hey if you can get it into the driveway and into your garage if you can save $75 he was very honest with me but I decided to pay the money the man and come over taking time out of his day and it wasn't that much money. Got text from mom yest that car bit the dust and AAA was 90 min out, so I went and sat with her while she waited. Two hours later, I call AAA and am told it'll still be another 2-3 hrs! They did say they would reimburse if we went with an outside company. So after a few calls, I found myself on the phone with Christian from Herndon Towing, and I could not be any more pleased at how things turned out. My boyfriend's car died on a busy street and we called for a tow and they were there within 20 minutes. But honestly that's not the reason why I gave them 5 stars. Brian and Bruce were our technicians and while they were towing the car back to my house there was an accident on the opposite side of the street and without hesitation I see both of them jump out of the truck to help the people whose car was upside-down. It was amazing to see how prepared they were to help. Even though they were helping they made sure to let us know we would still be taken care of. I don't even want to give them one star. My husband talked to Grant who said he would have a tow truck out in an hour and quoted $65. He called us back an hour later & said the guy he had coming couldn't come after all but he could send one that was clocking in in about 15 minutes. We tried calling him back 45 minutes later when no one showed but he didn't answer. My husband then called the business number and Oscar said he just clocked in & didn't sound like he knew anything about it. He then tried to say it would be $90 instead of the $65 we were quoted. First day back work after a nice vacation and my car breaks down, really. I called AAA and they immediately sent out the tow truck. The tow truck dispatcher contacted me to verify location and arrived within 5 minutes. Damian was my driver and was super nice. He attempted to resolve the normal car problem issues (battery, cables) but having a blown head gasket there wasn't much he could do. While he loaded my vehicle on his flatbed he allowed me to sit in his ice cold truck. Truck interior was very clean and the ride was comfortable. Being a AAA Premier member, I've used Herndon Towing several times and so fortunate that AAA only uses them for their member services. Fast, professional and reliable. Highly recommended. read more

Called for a tow said within an hour someone would be out. After an hour no one so I called back and the new person on duty was unaware of the call. He called around his other workers and they said they couldn't come out as AAA takes priority calls. It would have been nice for a quick courtesy call for the issue instead of leaving me high and dry. I would have easily called another company instead of being stranded on the side of the 99 during 5 o'clock traffic. The other driver apologized and got out here after 1 1/2 hours and me calling back. Wouldn't use this place unless aparently you have triple A. Really felt forgotten and disregarded. I called at 10:45PM and told them I had locked my keys in my car. They specifically told me it would be $55 dollars and that they would be there shortly. I waited for 30 minutes thinking they would arrive but nope. I called back to double check and said they got pulled over by cops (sounding like an excuse) and that they would be there in a bit. Nope. An additional 15 minutes I waited and called back. Said they'll be there in 5 minutes. Still, no one shows up. So here I am outside, waiting in a total of over an hour (the time being 12:10AM). Then he shows up. Apologized and I asked if they would give me a discount for waiting that long without contact as to why the delay. Nope. Still charged me the $55. Yeah, both parties apologized but still doesn't cut it. Should've gave me a discount. Bad management. Waste of your time and your money. Don't even bother at all! read more

Overjoyed with this morning's service. Thought I had dead battery as I was not able to charge it enough to start engine. Call to AAA brought Herndon Towing, sorry I don't remember the young man's name, with charger and tools. As I described my experiences he immediately knew where to begin the search, worked to solve the issue, aided me with knowledge about my alarm system, how that had been draining my battery, where to buy remote batteries, and with his encouragement found another remote still in its package and it has a working battery. I now have a vehicle with no need to go to the mechanic, no need to go to alarm business, and only need to buy remote batteries. He even told me where I could find batteries. My dad wrecked his car and the police called this tow company to get his totaled car, we arrived at Herndon towing before the tow truck and the staff was excellent at getting all of our information figured out, we sold them the car, etc. once the tow truck came with our car they helped us clean it out and even took off our license plate frames for us!!
