However, I can tell you they have quality balloons and you do not have to buy a whole bouquet or specialized arraignment. If you want something designed and made particularly for your wedding or other big events and for them to set it up at your house or wherever you're having a party, than yes, it can be expensive but you get what you pay for. They're located right off of Greensprings, which was very convenient for me and it was so easy to find! The process of signing for the rugs was easy peasy and they even loaded them in my car for me.
