AV and other technologies are also available for use. Not sure on the cost to rent, but given that the Alumni Assc. has a limited budget, I'm sure we didn't spend too much on renting the space. The heat was scorching above 80 degrees inside (checked the thermostat) and the staff was unwilling make any accommodations on this matter. They brought no one to fix the ac unit which was apparently broken and brought no fans to at least help Alleviate some of the heat. Later on the blamed us (the guest) for booking on a hot day. They werent even willing to give a partial refund to the couple hosting the shower. If you're thinking about booking at this event hall do yourself a favor and chose someplace else. The owners completely lack compassion and understanding.
