Locking down the date for the wedding turned out to be a hassle due to closures at Sequoia all Spring, yet Christina just planned out several backup plans and we felt so much better. Her expert knowledge of the area and years of experience shooting elopements in the mountains helped immensely as we dealt with the park's uncertainty. She's an expert communicator and planner who can give you an agenda for the whole day if you want, or can be very flexible and accommodating to our own plans. I have used this company several times over the years. I used her for my sons senior pictures and for pictures of my children and my sisters children. I was given clear options for both, had easy communication, one picture set required a permit I was given the option to get the permit or have her do it, among other options. We were given clear appointment times and communicated with that she was going to be a tad late, this was a non issue. As a mom I understood. There was an appointment before mine and the baby was fussy and not cooperating, I respect the fact GREATLY, the she gave extra time to the baby and got good shots! To me, I respect the hell out of this!! It wasn't my baby, but that communicated to me that if it was my kids I would be given the same for a good outcome!! Absolutely NO need to create an issue, and actually made me respect her even more!! Along with our appointment time that was outdoor we were given the appropriate time according to the setting sun, and we asked what colors should be used for the background. We were given communicated with very clearly, shown examples and sent pics to her of outfits for her to approve w a quick thumbs up! To me that thumbs up was incredible, I got the response I needed grown woman to grown woman I understood! Everyone absolutely loved our photos! I had to do nothing but shop and make sure the kids had their hair taken care of! Isabel and her assistant took care of the rest. Appointment closing. A couple of years ago, we went to a wedding where Peter was the photographer. When the newly weds…read moreshared the wedding photos with us a month or so later, we were blown away. We loved the natural style of the photography, and the dance floor pictures were INSANE. Fast forward two years later, and it was our turn to get married. We absolutely did not shop around, we knew we wanted Peter to photograph our day. Peter is awesome, simply put. He arrived on our wedding day a good hour earlier than the start of the contract, just to walk around and snap shots of the premises. He was so visibly excited about the beauty of the location, you could just tell he was really having fun and was excited to snap some good shots. We caught Peter running around snapping candid and thoughtful shots. He seriously captured everything we would have wanted him to capture, and we never gave him any direction of what we wanted photographed! Of course, the dance floor pictures were incredible. Peter has this technique that makes the dancing pictures absolutely come to life. He was also dancing with everyone and just having a really good time. The day after our wedding, so many of our guests were asking about this mysterious bearded photographer who was having a blast, haha! I can't thank Peter enough.
