I was seen by an awesome staff that had me scheduled for an extraction the following week. Extraction day is here and I am nervous to what to expect. I paid $30 to get the NO gas. It worked surprisingly and calmed me down. The dentist came in with two large q-tips with numbing gel on them and put one on each side of my mouth. A few minutes later he pulled them out. All numb by then he said I would feel a little pinch as he went in with the needle to numb the tooth. I closed my eyes so I didn't get frightened by looking at the dental needle. He went in a few times with the needle and I did not feel the pinch I did not feel anything. He left and came back in about five minutes. I was good and numb by then ready for the procedure. He laid me back and worked his magic. He pulled out both sides in less than ten minutes. Very smooth like he was driving a Cadillac. I felt pressure but no pain. The assistant gave me my prescription and a few post surgery instructions and I was on my way home. It was overall a pleasant experience. I recommend this dental group. I could not have asked for a better group of dentists, dental assistants, and everyone else to help me with my situation. They were extremely professional and friendly. There is nothing fun about getting your front two teeth knocked out, but I can honestly say I enjoyed myself the entire time I was there. I could not believe how much time each person spent with me to help me out. Kevin took an unbelievable amount of time out of his day to take the time to explain everything that they were planning on doing to me. At the end of my time there, I was very concerned about the price of everything I had done, and was shocked by how fair they were. I am planning on having myself and my wife come to Leidenheimer for any future dental work. Can't thank them all enough.

I noticed UV lights are used throughout the office to maintain killing of germs. Anything I touched or that was used the girls sterilized it instantly! Full wipe down and no back was turned till completed. Impressive to say the least. So, as a new patient Dr. T was AMAZING and made me feel so welcomed. The hygienist who actually cleaned better than most (no lie) asked me if I wanted fluoride which I declined. I just don't do extra fluoride and it was "ok". I really like they provide choices of treatments and also share the cost so a person can see if it's in their budget. I mean it was under 20., but sometimes it just doesn't work for the pocket book. I've always thought I needed veneers and Dr made it very clear I had solid teeth and bonding was enough and price was VERY reasonable. It's been a long time I've met a dentist who didn't try to $ grab you. Also this dentist has a ton of experience. He also explains the "why" things happen. I love that. This way I can make changes. Omg! Made an appointment for my son two days later I was so impressed. It's interesting when the front staff and back staff are all so nice one can bet the dentist is as well. I'm new to the area. Definitely worth a shot coming here if you are as well. Oh... how could I have forgotten the two therapy dogs. I didn't see them anywhere so if nervous about hypo-allergy, sweet well behaved dogs , no worries they are never bothersome or even seen but I did have a moment that I was uneasy, as I get with dental visits sometimes. I was asked if I would like a therapy dog. Wow! It was like they held my hand putting their paw next to me. I instantly remained at ease. I wish our old dentist in florida had that for the kids. Anyway, I probably sound paid at this point. I'm not. Just a new patient that left very impressed.

I can't look at them or think of them without having a melt down. Dr. Cocoran and his nurse not only talked me into receiving Novocain in the roof of my mouth, they made the whole process easier than any experience I've ever had in that situation. It was painless, in every sense of the word, which seems crazy considering it was a needle in the roof of my mouth. He absolutely knows what he's doing and I have every confidence in going here for my dental work.

This group of idiots told me I was losing a tooth. They directed me to Cleveland Dental Institute…read morein which my mom and I had to wait FOUR hours to talk to an oral hygienist and she said the tooth was not falling out and that I just needed a root canal. I WILL NOT get another root canal and overdose on acetominophen with liver failure like last time when I got it done by a student (because the nurses kept telling me to take 2 tylenol every time I called in pain...couldn've had a lawsuit there...Case Dental School). Anyways, so, even though my old dentist does not accept insurance anymore, I wanted THE TRUTH. All I needed was my tooth grinded down a bit to reduce the pain and minimize the tooth movement. And I had to pay $355 to see him. So Advanced Dental Center cost me $355 and 4 hours of my time at Cleveland Dental Institute when my tooth only needed to be grinded down. HORRIBLE! And when they said my tooth was falling out, they said they couldn't give me pain medication when I was bleeding and crying in pain. They're dentists, but cannot provide medication for tooth pain? So if you have tooth pain, DON'T GO HERE EITHER. For some reason THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDICATION when my gums were bleeding out of my mouth and I was screaming and shaking.

She was knowledgeable of my previous dental work, and she flossed under my new bridge. Dr. Chris was nice and we chatted a little. I was pleased with the service. I called for an appointment, and the office called me back asking if I wanted an appointment opening due to a cancellation. I said, yes, and got in the next day.
