There was constant pain. They looked totally different than my last set almost like they gave me someone else's dentures. Total disaster and waste of money. The clinic is doesn't accept any responsibility for their failure. They flip the blame on me. One more adjustment or ten doesn't matter. The dentures are scrap and need to be thrown away and start over.

Here's what happened: I called with my dental insurance provider on the line (a 3-way call) to verify that my daughter's insurance was accepted at this Aspen Dental location. They confirmed it. So I scheduled an appointment a month in advance. A week before the appointment, they randomly called asking for the insurance info again -- weird, but I gave it. THEN, the night before the appointment, I get a call from a nasty, unprofessional woman saying they don't accept the insurance after all. So after multiple documented calls, including one with the insurance company on the phone, they drop this on us less than 24 hours before the appointment -- with ZERO apology or accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter has been waiting in pain and with missing front teeth for a month thinking she had an appointment coming up. Now we're back to square one and likely have to wait another month for someone who actually cares. There is no excuse for this. None. This company is a JOKE. Problems with bridges,problems with crowns, the original bridge was to low in the back and separated 2 times, but the dentist argues that it was because the other side had issues, the agonizing pain of removal the first time, the tooth in the very back was sensitive, the bonding would not hold, came loose again. and tooth underneath became abscessed, the 3rd attempt was impossible to remove so now my 3600 dollar plus bridge had to be cut in half, back tooth extracted he put 3 crowns in the upper left also one of witch had glue stuck on the inside between the teeth painful as all hell when he kept trying to free it up it had a gap between and food kept getting in he say the teeth moved forward and would have to replace center with a wider tooth so now I have another 1000 plus to add and also the front and rear teeth of that one also crowns replaced at the same time I was told have cavities and would need to be replaced, so more and more money, I could have had all new teeth and less aggravation for all this money and needless insurance claims, and calling me to get me to leave work set up an appointment then telling me they can't do the work when I get there until I pay an additional 600.00! Buyers beware get a second opinion before making decisions. To add I was told implants were not an option due to bite strength! And the current office manager argued with me about insurance company, I called them about it and she did not want her it! Missing before photos before procedure!
