We…read morepaid to have the service, but too many times there was a last min notice that aide couldn't make it. I would find out when already at work up to 1/2 hour before starting time. Why am I paying for the service if I can't get it? I work FT and it was needed for my parent. Fidelity needs to do better! Management is poor and time keeping is antiquated. No back ups either. Do they care about clients? I doubt it. They just take your money. They were unprofessional! Other agencies use an app and it's accurate. If you need to rely on fidelity beware!
