This is after a confirmation of schedule conflict and then confirming that 3:30 was a good time. Then nope it was our case was closed and I was belligerent for being so angry having rescheduling my entire day based on their confirmation that it was a go. Now we are told to just get another provider which I think sounds best based on prior reviews and lack of respect we are shown. Don't do any business with this company as they assume you're the problem and they claimed they are scars of us. Wow we are way more scared of the lack of service they didn't provide. Look elsewhere and save yourself the time.

It is now 11:28am. Nobody has come to tell her anything. She's just sitting there. First thing i will be doing is contacting the State Dept of Health. After that, I'll contact the State Capital, to file a complaint as well. It will be a paper trail of complaints until they fix this issue. She's paying all this money, and they just keep giving her medication. She doesn't even know why she takes 3 of them. The doctor mailed her a box, and told her to take these as well.
