Noel understood our urgent need to get math tutoring for son who was struggling, barely keeping his head above water and his final exam was rapidly approaching. Although the time frame to find a tutor match could take about a week, she was able to match us up with the perfect tutor within days. Joe Ibrani was the perfect fit for our son. Joe made extra effort to work around my son's school and athletic schedule. He was very responsive in all his communications. He was also extremely patient and kind when working with my son. I believe we just hit a year, which means my son started just after his 4th birthday to get a jump start on reading before he entered Kindergarten in Aug 2021. He IS reading above his level with the help of the wonderful tutors. After each class, they give me a status report on what he's working on, how he's progressing and what hiccups he might be having so I can work with him at home. One thing I really love is that the tutors have remained consistent over the last year (meaning, my son sees the same tutors week after week). He really looks forward to going each week, going through the easy-to-follow lessons, and earning reward points. Admittedly, my son did start young and the patience I saw in each of the tutors was admirable. Teachers are gold! Though we briefly stopped attending in March due to COVID, when the facility was able to open up again, the safety/sanitary standards they put place to be in compliance was impressive to say the least. We have been flaked on by two tutors so far and have only tried two so the odds are not great. The first tutor came to the first session unprepared and had not reviewed her assessment and 15 minutes before the second session he said he wouldn't be making it. (Total waste of an expensive first session and did not continue with that tutor.) The second tutor took a very long time to get back to me and I had to reach out to her in order to get a first meeting set up. Not only did she just not show up, she didn't even bother to contact or call me until I reached out to her. She said it wasn't worth the bother to come down and do the session and suggested we re book and when I tried, she said her schedule was just too full. Not wanting to disappoint my daughter for a third time I just asked for a refund but they responded I had signed a contract and that the 60 days for me to be unhappy with their services was up. The price point for this company is high and I actually believed from Ashley, the owner and original assessor that the services would be great. Obviously not the case! I wish I had just found my own and suggest you do that as they did not connect me with anyone worth hiring and have negatively affected my daughters educational goals.

Her tutors (James and Daniel) did a great job and she not only began to ace her tests, but also developed a love for understanding and mastering complex math concepts.
