Her tutor has a really calm and approachable way of working with her, which made our daughter feel comfortable right away. It's not super formal or rigid, which I think helped. They just kind of meet her where she's at and keep her moving in the right direction. Her writing has improved, and she's not melting down over assignments like she used to. It's not magic, but it's definitely helped take the pressure off for all of us. Also, they've been easy to communicate with and flexible when we've had to move things around. No complaints so far.
