And like other stuff they make they do well on creating chocolates as well. Espresso, Maple Pecan and Chocolate Mousse were all delicious. As a matter of fact, they compete well with other chocolatiers in Denver I know. I was truly satisfied with the beautifully shaped chocolates as they had the perfect truffle texture and softness inside. I thought of getting me a pastry but in a way, I am glad that I opted for the smaller chocolate pieces today. They were just the right amount to calm my sweet tooth (had I gotten me a larger pieced pastry, it might have been a bit too much. I made the right call. The lady behind the counter was friendly (I've never received bad service at this place.) They maintain clean environment where we can comfortably use the tables/chairs. Since the chocolates were so good I may go back as soon as tomorrow and get me the same exact ones. And yet, It's been a while since I've tried one of the savory kinds (cone to think of it.) I've had the Norwegian (smoked salmon one) and I'm overdue for it so instead of the same chocolates I had today, I may get the savory sandwich instead. I am already hungry for it.

Had it been communicated, I would have either changed my order or added an oreo Bundt cake while in store. Instead, we opened the box hours after pickup only to watched my husband disappointed that it did not contain what he wanted for his birthday. For $32 it is absolutely ridiculous to not even get the flavors advertised. I submitted a complaint on the website but received zero response after several weeks, not even an apology. We love the product but since these are FRANCHISED locations, I would suggest going to any other location besides this one!!!

Went to 3 different Crumbls for work purposes this week. First one I purchased from was the GWV…read morelocation. It was a standard visit. Ordered what I needed online for pick up. The cookies are overpriced IMO, but the offices I deliver to LOVE them. I was greeted when I entered, the space was clean and my order was bagged and ready upon pick up. If you have the app, they also ask you to review your experience and the taste of the cookies. There are local spots I'd prefer, but again this is a work purchase and would order again bc of ease, cleanliness and friendly staff.
