Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I don't have to worry about whether they will be there for me in a real time of need cause I know they will. My agent is great at communicating with me when anything is needed and I always know what I'm paying for because they calm me every renewal to update me. In my most resent accident I had everything I needed, rental car, repairs, and medical (I didn't need it thank god) and farmers had my back the whole time, adjusters called me as needed and if I had a question I just called my agent and they got it taken care of.
