Unfortunately, I have had a really bad experience with this company. They have incompetent people who don't listen they don't know how to ring out customers properly. I was overcharged. And was told that same day that I would get a refund. That did not happen. It has been over a week And I still haven't gotten my refunds. I was told as of today which is Friday, August 29. That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. Please be advised that you need to make sure that whoever you are talking to and ringing you out? Please make sure that they are smart enough and know how to execute their jobs properly. read more

Just received a text msg stating my ins will be cancelled prior to setting arrangements for payment I called to confirm the information, the person who answered was very sarcastic and rude. He stated that the online payment was "STILL DOWN" I said ok but arrangement was for Friday he said we don't choose dates !! The agent I spoke to the prior week agreed to this date. He said it'll be an additional fee of $15!! I then asked the online payment is down shouldn't the fee be waved for the inconvenience to not be able to pay online, he sarcastically replied well you could've just sent a check!! Was given a policy, called when they canceled my payment and suspended my license when it wasn't due until January but because the man on the phone says so when the insurance woman told me on a recorded line. Wouldn't give any info towards class action lawsuit but it'll be okay just don't come here this will be my first and last lesson to never trust a small business for necessities. Amazing Job! Found out through a friend that I can get my registration done at Adrianna's. So, I called. Literally in and out in 15 mins. I had to excuse myself because I had my daughter (age 3 and potty training) and my son (age 1). Take her next door to the restroom. But, they gave me our tags same day! So, I was able to avoid the lines at the DMV COMPLETELY without facing the DMV in Barstow. We have our insurance through them too. Overall happy customers especially when they honor your time, have excellent customer service and they exceeded my expectations! Thank you Griselda Alvarez, Joshua Jimenez and Alessandra Acosta. Worst Insurance broker ever! they give you a quote over the phone just to get you inside the office once you get there they start telling you that they didn't have the vin number of the car and that's why the price change, also they automatically married you over the phone with out asking you and is also one of the reason the price change. My friend cancel his policy two month after because the high broker fee they charged without explaining him, and all they say oh is the company that wants the down payment not us, BE CAREFULL IF YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT IS AROUND $40.00 DOLLARS THATS HOW MUCH IT REALLY COST but they will try to charge you 250, 200, 150 to start. This company customer services sucks they even charge to add cars more than 100 dollars when it doesn't really cost nothing they charged my friends friend 50.00 for payment fee just to make his payment there just because it was expired when the most that it could cost was 10. DO NOT GO THERE THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AND THEY DO IT AS THEY PLEASE. WILL NEVER RECOMMED THIS BROKER THEY ARE NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY. read more

If you are contemplating buying Adriana's Insurance, DON'T DO IT ! My wife and I experienced lies and deciet just to make a sell. The team at Adriana's Insurance, in Victorville, Ca. are very young and probably lack experience. They know nothing about customer service skills. We got one quote over the telephone for auto insurance and after we left their office my wife told me it was more than the actual quote. We tried to get this rectfied to no avail. Corporate said they were going to send someone and that they would call me with a resolution, 6 months later, I am still waiting for the call. And, today, a surprise: my premium went up and we have to pay a renewal fee. Why didn't they tell us this before signing anything? Because all they cared about was making a sell. read more
