If you have a mold problem, this is the company you can trust to clean it up! We live out-of-state and had several other remediation companies provide estimates. Many of the others claimed we needed far more work than was necessary, even quoting work in areas where testing had shown mold was not an issue. Still others claimed they couldn't even give an estimate, until they "get in there and start ripping things out". This was a very stressful and upsetting time when we felt that we were at the mercy of people actively trying to screw us! Kevin provided a detailed estimate and communicated throughout the process. I can't tell you how awesome and professional this company is. They were so thorough, accommodating, and polite. I had a bad experience with the previous "professional" company that claimed they were equipped to handle the job. We found mold during the inspection of a home we were buying and Kevin and his team came highly recommended to remediate it. I have used this company twice: once to clean everything in my living room after ServPro blew contaminated shreds of wood all over it with fans, and a second time when mold from a leaking bathtub upstairs accumulated above my bathroom ceiling. In both cases the job Kevin Renner and his crew did was amazing. They not only cleaned out the contamination, they mopped carefully 4 times to make sure there was nothing on the surrounding floor.
