SOLID 5 STARS! This herewith is the chronicle of me, Peter the Pathetically Proud Pedant. Bright was the morning and high my heart when i set forth to fight the Mad Mold Monster, where events eventually eventuated as I shall now sing. Always anxiously alliterating with world weary wisdom and surprisingly superior sagacity I strove to complete this outrageously odiferous odyssey. Classic Restoration accompanied me on this quest. With Guido's gifted guiding and Karoline's Cagey calculating the Mad Mold Monster was defeated. Now since my furiously flying fingers are suffering from calamitous catastrophic cramp I will veto vociferous vocabulary and tell the tale. Whew! Sagas are hard work! My dishwasher leaked water and it got underneath my floor. Before replacing the floor I was told I need mold remediation. I hired a company to do mold testing and the results were positive for mold spores and a protocol was written. I got estimates from several companies that specialize in mold remediation and was dismayed at the various prices I was quoted. These ranged from $8,000 - $14,000 dollars since it would require tearing out and replacing walls and cabinets. Guido from Classic Restoration to the rescue! Guido informed me that before tearing apart my condo, I should have the flooring in the affected area removed to see exactly what the damage was. This made sense to me and Classic Restoration got the job. After removing the floor Guido determined that HEPA air cleaning, bacteria wipe down of the whole condo, and Bacteria bombing should solve the problem. The cost for these services came to $2,650! This is 1/3 of the lowest price quoted me by the other companies. I cannot thank Guido (& Karoline) enough for their honesty, hard work, and fair prices! read more

We had a water leak inside our house on July 24, 2024 due to a clogged A/C unit. I called Mike on July 25, 2024 and he came out the same day. Our dining room and closet had lots of water on the carpet and carpet pad, as well as some on the baseboard and drywall. Fortunately, a handyman and I had removed the wet carpet, pad, drywall and baseboard on July 24 as well as set up a few fans. When Mike came out, he assessed the situation and took lots of moisture readings. He was thorough and determined what we had done was sufficient. He was extremely honest, as he could have tried to set up dehumidifiers, etc. But he said they were not necessary based on what we had done. Having lost one a/c system to mold, new concern arose for musty smells when the a/c kicked on. I called Barron's and they recommended calling Classic Restoration. Am I ever glad for making that call! Mike came out late in the day after classes he was taking and spent a considerable amount of time checking for signs of mold. He discussed causes and symptoms and put my mind at ease for a serious mold issue. With asthma, that is crucial to me. Mike suggested getting Barron's out to clean the coils, etc. and then did not even charge me. He was kind, professional and very helpful. At a time when those qualities are getting harder and harder to find, you can bet Classic Restoration is high on my list. We had a water loss at our home and contacted Classic Restoration to come out and assess the damage and make recommendations for repairs. We had the pleasure to speak with both Mike and Chris and then met Chris at our home. Chris put together a plan to dry the water out of our home and worked up an estimate to not only complete the water removal, but repair the water damage. It was really nice not to have to involve several different contractors to get the work done, Classic Restoration did it all from start to finish. We also enjoyed the consistent communication with Classic Restoration, whether it was the tech coming to the house, or Mike or Chris, we had daily conversations and watched as the damage was repaired. I cannot say enough great things about the owner, Mike Miller, and his exceptionally skilled team of employees of Classic Restoration. My husband and I had been fighting a high humidity issue in our home that we had several companies attempt to identify its source but were never able to resolve. I contacted Classic Restoration after mold was identified behind one of our walls. Within five minutes of being in our home, Mike was able to pinpoint the origin of our problem which was a roof leak. Not one of the other "experts" ever suggested we have the roof inspected. From beginning to end of what ended up being the demolition, mold remediation, and reconstruction of a "wet" wall that runs along the entire side of our home from front to back, Mike was the utmost professional. He was always accessible, kept appointments when scheduled or contacted me in advance if there was a conflict, and fully answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. Mike met with the insurance adjuster and submitted all the requested paperwork within a few days. Mike's team worked smoothly and consistently from start to finish, completing the entire job in a matter of days. The Classic Restoration team left the work area of our home and the path in and out of the work area neat and clean after each work day. The morning after closing on a house the ceiling collapsed in one of our bedrooms due to a busted AC hose. Water was literally raining down for days while we tried to get it fixed. We kept buckets underneath to collect what we could but it was gallons of water damage. After a brief google search I found Classic Restoration and spoke with Mike. He was amazing to work with, gave us a fair price to dry out the back of the house and prevent any mold from growing and even extended our services for a couple extra days at no additional charge just to be absolutely sure there was no water left standing. We honestly couldn't say enough good things about this company. They're honest and thorough and when it comes to water damage in your home, especially when we have a toddler and a baby on the way, it's a nice relief to feel like we dodged a bullet calling them out and avoiding what could have been a very moldy situation. This was the 1st time I had to call a restoration company, due to a leaking pipe in my bathroom. I am saying that I hit the jackpot when I called "Classic Restoration"!
