He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and experienced. On this call we had home come out to look at a Mini-Spilt which was installed by my guys. It was not holding a vacuum, which he promptly found the issue, RE-flared the connecting copper hose to the compressor, vacuumed, charged and had it working in minutes. I spoke with just about every other HVAC company out here, all wanted $200-500 just to come out to my farm, and additional fees for the fix. Some wouldn't even care to venture out to Central High as it wasn't convenient to their schedule. The only thing was the gas line that had to be dug had somewhat sunk in and so had a hole. They sent someone out immediately to fill it in. It really wasn't a big deal, but how good was that of them to care enough a month later? Best money I've spent in awhile.

Our homes unit is 20 years old and I figured they'd tell us to get a new one, but that isn't the case. It was the exact opposite. The technician informed us that it's running very well. It was refreshing to have that kind of honesty in a company these days. That is why I called them and no one else for the other house we bought. We gutted the house and needed a new a/c. I called and spoke to Virgil, who came right out. I told him that I was impressed with the way the technicians don't just try to sell you on something. He said that is how his company does business. Love it! Again, he was honest and told us that amazingly, the duct work in the other house was great and we didn't need to replace it. He told us once we had the drywall installed, to call for installation. He had given us a nice quote, good for 90 days and he honored that.
