He did an unbelievable job cleaning an older sectional sofa and chair... In a little over an hour, my furniture was brightened, freshened and rejuvenated beyond belief! There were no awful chemical odors and the furniture dried in no time... We were using it the same night it was cleaned. We cannot say enough good about Air Fresh Cleaning Systems! Awesome job again, George! I've been using AirFresh off and on for twenty years and will continue to use them. We just had some work done on our house, so a lot of traffic on our new two year old rugs. George brought them back to life, (I still can't get over how good the stairs look). I swear even the carpet pads were renewed. Large living room, stairs, three bedrooms, hallways, and runners were cleaned. One bedroom was even dry by the time George left so I could start moving furniture back sooner than expected. I like the fact that less water is used so very little dirty water is put into our septic system. George is very personable, professional, and a wealth of knowledge about his trade. Excellent. The method they used was certainly not what I expected, but it got better results than anything else we have tried. We had a different company in a few years ago, and that company didn't make a dent in the carpet. With Air Fresh, a guy showed up with his assistant right on time. They took care of all the wall to wall carpet on the main floor of the house in a couple hours. The carpet now looks much cleaner, and most of the texture came back except in the most heavily trafficked area (which I don't think anything would help). I will definitely call these guys next time I need the carpet cleaned. read more

The owner (George) is fantastic, and the cleaner Scott is awesome -- professional, friendly and very hard-working. I have a dog and a cat, and you can imagine the stains they cause on our carpet. We had a disaster when our kid's "sensory bottle" filled with water, food coloring, glitter, and beads spilled all over our wool rug. We called George and he made time to come by the very next day. He was up-front about the possibility it might not work, he was friendly and professional, and we lucked out - the food coloring did come out!! All of George's five-star reviews are totally justified. Here's more proof. I called him to clean the carpets in my condo in Northampton, and gave him a rough estimate of the size of the rooms. He sent me a reasonable quote, and I contracted with him. As soon as he arrived and looked at the room, he said it looked lsmaller than I had said, took some measurements, and promptly lowered his quote by 1/3. He was attentive to the dogs (making sure the appropriate doors were closed, etc.) and didn't try to sell me any additional services, even after I inquired about them--I was told they weren't necessary and the basic cleaning would take care of the issue. I needed some carpets cleaned- they had some nasty spots and stains which looked like they been there a long time.
