I didn't realize that if an item wasn't listed on the inventory they wouldn't take it. I had to have them come back for an estimated additional $1300-$1600 dollars. They were supposed to be here around noon. At 12:40 I called and was told they had a 2 hour window. I had had to make arrangements with friends based on 4 Guys arriving around 12. As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck. When I called a got a very calm person who began to explain why they were late. I told him I don't want explanations or excuses so he offered to call the whole thing off. I was almost speechless as I'm under a deadline. Would not recommend them: not reliable.

Tall Tree gave us a fair price, and did a wonderful job pruning dead limbs off of three trees on…read morethe property. They have all the good gear; newish truck with a telescoping basket that can reach farther and higher than I thought possible, safety gear and harnesses, hard hats, not-too-noisy chainsaws and blowers. They were fast, polite, efficient and did an excellent job with cleaning up the tree limbs, and raking up all the little bits and shredding them. Big bonus-I asked in advance if we could have the shredded wood chips and they said "sure" and we got a big load of chips dumped right where we requested. Would definitely use Tall Tree again!
