Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled at the last minute, and the second appointment couldn't be completed because the new heat exchanger arrived damaged, necessitating a reorder. Additionally, I was overcharged for cleaning the blower, which wasn't performed due to the heat exchanger issue. I'm still awaiting a refund and am uncertain about when the furnace repairs will be finished. This situation could have been managed more effectively, and I hope everything gets resolved soon. The last technician who came out was one that was covering my house frequently and I have never had a problem with him he always says a beautiful job and he was able to clean up what the other four guys had not they're very expensive and the call center isn't always the greatest with customer service. They're OK for what they are but when you get a good technician, they're great when you get a bad technician it sucks.
