Birthday party review It's crazy from the walk in and non stop until you leave! Parking lot: narrow and limited so line ups will happen. But it's free so be patient. Entrance: Bottle necking traffic due to filling out waivers, and sign in. Rolling clothing carts are labelled for your party to hold gifts and clothes from your party. Rock climbing and harness climbing at the front is extra. The middle before the trampolines is the small arcade. Then it's shoes off before heading on to the trampolines. It's not a great transition for going shoeless here. Sock it to you here: Air riders make it mandatory to buy their neon green socks. Not any old grippy sock will do but their $5 ones. Staff are placed strategically throughout the jump site. Some are not as engaged or maybe the kids cannot hear them over the loud music. There is one tv to play a jump game and there is no one watching the line ups, so kids can be waiting eternally or get bumped from order. We asked to place an attendant here since kids aren't great at advocating. The floor manager tried but the teen moved to this new position was not happy managing this. Ugh . . . fun set-up. but very disappointing service! We went in Dec 2023 for a birthday party. glow-in-the-dark style . . . we were promised a party planner that would walk us through everything, but didn't get what was advertised . . . the trampolines and such were fun for the kids no doubt; but no one showed the kids where they could play for their hour or what they were entitled to experience (major miss - parents had to figure it out and show the kids) ... party planner didn't move our coat rack (present holder) to the party room after the first hr; didn't remember that we had ordered the water bottles, and t-shirt for the birthday boy (so the guests that left early didn't get their party gifts and didn't get to sign the shirt), and in general didn't help us out in any meaningful way at all during the party that would lead us to believe that they were taking care of us. In the end, my son had a good time and had fun with the trampolines and climbing park portion . . . but it could have been SO much better with an actual chaperone letting the kids know what they could do and where they could go... Along with people actually doing their job, like giving out the gifts to people that were paid for in advance, etc. And remembering the sharpie marker with the t-shirt so that the kids can sign it, as advertised online . . . as if it was a surprise, ha ha . . . anyways - won't be choosing this place again, and won't be recommending! 2018-10-07. Air Riderz is one of the newer players to join the fray of indoor jump parks and climbing facilities. With their first in Mississauga, their second location reaches out much further north to Aurora. The place is located in an industrial zone at the end of a dead end street. Pretty remote but with plenty of free parking out front and conveniently located not too far off from the Wellington exit off Hwy 404. The place is not as big as other jump places, but they pretty much cover the same things. Prices are based on time and activity. Jumping starts at $10/30mins. And goes up by 30 minute increments for $16, $21, $24 respectively for 2 hrs. Climbing can not be purchased separately, but only in combination with a jump pass of at least 60 mins. Climbing is an additional $3 on top of the jump pass pricing. A fair deal. Like all other places, grippy socks are required and if you don't have, they're more than willing to sell you a pair for $3,50. This location has a small rock/wall climbing area. A race wall, a staircase pedestal climb, and a glow in the dark tunnel climb. There is also "the leap of faith" a ninja warrior style platform jump onto a vertically hanging punching bag that costs extra. $3/jump or 2/$5. Beyond this the area opens up and there are a few arcade games and party rooms along the right hand wall. Beyond that is the jump zone, complete with basketball hoops, a dodge ball court, a mosh pit, a jousting area, and an air bed. Drinks and snacks can be purchased. And there are tables at the front. Couches are scattered throughout the jump zone for parents and chaperones. To me the place was a little on the small side for what they're charging. The dodge ball court was smaller than others and so were the general jumping areas. The toddler area consisted of three long lanes of tramp without breaks. The extra charge for the punching bag jump is nickel and dining IMO and really should be included with the price of climbing. Overall a below par jump zone, but they do have a couple of pluses. 1. As tiny as it is, they do also have a climb zone. 2. They have courtesy lockers for you to store your valuables. The one set back is that they don't offer free WiFi. But to offset that, I was able to connect to some network that was not indicative of Air Riderz. 3 stars overall. Went for a 7yr old bday party. Spacious and organized upon arrival and the place looked clean and bright. Plenty of room for kids to jump around between the 4-5 different areas and apparatuses. Party room was also clean and spacious for all the kids to eat and socialize. Nice experience. We'd def return in the future. read more

The supervisors are good for nothing, my kid got kicked in the back on purpose from a bigger kid in dodgeball area, he told one of the supervisors and he showed the kid, supervisor replied if he dose it again tell me then i will take him out. Excuse me, really? Thats the f...ing respond to thing lkke this? Too bad my son did not tell me it at that time otherwise i would have the supervisor thrown out. To the parents with kids that are bulling and hitting other kids, please teach ur kids better manners. To the parents that dont want things like that to happen dont go to this place, maybe cheaper than the zone but atleast the other place is better supervised. read more

Came here for a field trip with my students! The staff were very helpful and also interacted with the students well. I particularly enjoyed that there was more than just the trampolines. There were also 2 foam pits - one in which you can trapeze into and the other for soft cylinder battles. There was also a large air pillow to dive into and a climbing area! We spent about 2 hours here and by the time the boys were done, they were hungry and exhausted! The location was clean and it was nice and bright! read more

I went to this air riders with my sibling, the front of house service was amazing, Giancarlo at front of house was very helpful and was very friendly, the only downside of this place was the "supervisor" mustafa he was very disrespectful, swearing all the time was constantly on his phone and not paying attention, I don't understand how someone this disrespectful can be a supervisor, there are kids around and he is swearing and not paying attention, worst place I have ever been to because of him. read more
