This location is a venue that's recently renovated with a full court basketball/soccer trampoline and kids obstacle playground. There were 3 large trampolines, including one with a volleyball net and some dodgeballs. Skyslam featured 3 tiers of dunking net heights. The foam zone & beam battle were fun for small kids, as was the ninja obstacle course which recently removed the wrecking ball where many kids often misbehaved. The warped walls were also popular and they have repainted & repaired the ramp lanes. On busy days, many parents crowded around the waiting areas at the entrance and the Fuel Zone food area. Monthly membership encourages repeat visits including Elite option ($37.99) with unlimited play on weekdays & 2 hours on weekends plus a parent add-on ($12.99). Sky Socks were required, which were around $3 per pair with membership. Note you have to sign an injury waiver at entry. Skip it or hit it? If your kids have extra energy that needs to be spent, this is a good spot to hit.

We get there and their staff are locking up, saying they close at 2PM! We explain to them that we just drove an hour and wasted gas on coming here - she didn't care at all. We explained that we purchased a Groupon to use today, and she tells us that their Groupons have already expired. Uh...then, why were we able to purchase it?!? We did try to call them all week, and their staff never answer their phones. We should have taken that as a warning sign. Big disappointment, terrible customer service and total waste of time.

Birthday party review…read more It's crazy from the walk in and non stop until you leave! Parking lot: narrow and limited so line ups will happen. But it's free so be patient. Entrance: Bottle necking traffic due to filling out waivers, and sign in. Rolling clothing carts are labelled for your party to hold gifts and clothes from your party. Rock climbing and harness climbing at the front is extra. The middle before the trampolines is the small arcade. Then it's shoes off before heading on to the trampolines. It's not a great transition for going shoeless here. Sock it to you here: Air riders make it mandatory to buy their neon green socks. Not any old grippy sock will do but their $5 ones. Staff are placed strategically throughout the jump site. Some are not as engaged or maybe the kids cannot hear them over the loud music. There is one tv to play a jump game and there is no one watching the line ups, so kids can be waiting eternally or get bumped from order. We asked to place an attendant here since kids aren't great at advocating. The floor manager tried but the teen moved to this new position was not happy managing this. An hour does go by really quickly. It didn't smell horribly of feet and sweat so that says a lot.

In the end, my son had a good time and had fun with the trampolines and climbing park portion . . . but it could have been SO much better with an actual chaperone letting the kids know what they could do and where they could go... Along with people actually doing their job, like giving out the gifts to people that were paid for in advance, etc. And remembering the sharpie marker with the t-shirt so that the kids can sign it, as advertised online . . . as if it was a surprise, ha ha . . . anyways - won't be choosing this place again, and won't be recommending! The park is a good size,…read morewith trampolines separated by age, 3 warrior zones, foam pit to practice flips, 2 dodgeball courts, basketball, and a running ramp. They have drinks and snacks, decent seating, cubbies or lockers, and cater to groups, parties and kids camps. It can be very busy on weekends with multiple birthday groups. They will close off sections of the park for private groups. Parking can get full at such times. We appreciate it when we get a good dodgeball referee from the staff. Staff are generally relaxed and helpful. Glow on Friday and Saturday nights is pretty cool. They have a DJ and fluorescent lights. Fun! My only minor complaint is the overwhelming washroom smell when you first enter the building. The washrooms are downstairs from the entrance. They're reasonably kept, considering all of the families who come through. Overall my family is a fan of this spot and recommend it to everyone.

They loved the basket ball area. There is also an interactive play area (similar to a Wii) where you are to take turns (only 2 people can play at once)...good luck getting a turn. Pizza, popcorn and snacks and jump socks available for purchase onsite. Lots of parking as it is in an industrial area.
