I ask if they could look at my unit when they finished. They came over an hour later and checked out the A/C unit only to find that the compressor was shot. They offered a great price and when I asked when they might be able to replaced it, I was shocked when Eddie said I will have a unit here in an hour. His techs began removing the old unit and as stated the new unit was there in an hour and up and running in less than two hours. NOW THAT IS SERVICE !!!!

Back in October, I reached out to several HVAC companies for quotes on our AC--which was installed in 1974. I'm not even joking. So anyway, when it came time to make a decision, Carlos at Cool-Aid was the best choice I could have made.
