Asked to speak to a supervisor, Esmer aka SUPERVISOR told me that my receipt was emailed on 1/16/2026 which I replie if YOU actually looked at the receipt YOU would see it was for maintence on my previous year $75 NOT FOR THE MAINTENANCE RENEWAL of $200 so she LIED. She LAUGHED & kept talking over me so I just kept on talking & told her it was rude to talk over people when they were talking. Maybe you need to train your representatives NOT TO TALK OVER PEOPLE. I have used Carlos on 3 of my homes and he has always been very helpful and polite. He explains items while also providing a clear timeline. I will continue to use him as often as needed because communication is always strong and he always has a good attitude, which is at times difficult to find. Pricing is fair and reasonable and it's also important that they are willing to explain the problem, the potential solution and how long it should take.

The men from Direct Source ran a diagnostic program and found it needed a new heating coil. It was ordered and then replaced and my dishes are so much cleaner. I am very happy. So when I had an issue with my clothes washer I asked for Direct Source again. They were able to fix it quickly and with no parts needed. I highly recommend this service.
