I was not disappointed. There were a few customers ahead of me, so there was a wait of about 10 minutes. Once I got to the counter the clerk was able to help me and give me some additional useful information. He was friendly, knowledgeable and brought up helpful information for my project. The part that I purchased has a lifetime replacement warranty as long as I keep the receipt. The parking lot was full when I arrived, and the space is a rather tight. I had to wait a moment for another truck to get out of the way before I could park. However there are ample additional spaces behind the building where you may park. If you are a do it yourself or, this is a great place to know about. I'm sure I save quite a bit of money not having to bring in a repair man for a house call. The price I paid for the part is comparable to what I found over the Internet had I ordered it online. I will be sure to remember this place for any other appliance repair needs!

These people are also dangerous, as they also told LG, the stoves manufacturer, that they had NOT found any leaks after checking every valve, even though they never moved the stove to take anything apart. They never showed up when they were scheduled to and yet they decided to close the ticket and label their job as "complete," without a valid explanation. This made sure LG paid them for wasting my family's time while doing absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Then, they had the audacity to want to fix my father's washer, as if nothing had happened. I wouldn't trust them to fix a sandwich, much less anything your family needs to run a home.
