Asked to speak to a supervisor, Esmer aka SUPERVISOR told me that my receipt was emailed on 1/16/2026 which I replie if YOU actually looked at the receipt YOU would see it was for maintence on my previous year $75 NOT FOR THE MAINTENANCE RENEWAL of $200 so she LIED. She LAUGHED & kept talking over me so I just kept on talking & told her it was rude to talk over people when they were talking. Maybe you need to train your representatives NOT TO TALK OVER PEOPLE. First of all, they worked with us on the date (we were under a fairly tight timeframe), doubling up one week-end to accommodate us. They were very clear when we met with them about how their estate sales are managed. They exceeded our expectations at every level. We could not have been more pleased throughout the entire process. The building looks like it was a former gas station, so it's perfect for quick drop offs and pick ups. Their customer service is friendly and pleasant. I've had good results having my suits cleaned there. They return your suit jackets with a little thank you colored pocket square tucked in the left breast pocket. For prices, plan on about $7 per piece. The only problems we have had were when we needed something dry cleaned other than men's suits. Twice my wife's favorite silk and velvet tops were messed up. One was returned significantly shrunken and unwearable. Another time a (very special) button was missing. So while I can recommend them for men's suits, I won't go there again with any delicate type clothing.
