Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. At the scheduled pick up time, no driver showed up. We followed up with a phone call about 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, and the person who answered the phone seemed like they had been asleep, telling us it would take 20 minutes for a driver to pick us up. We cancelled and found alternate transportation to the airport. My sister missed her flight and had to pay an additional $200 in airfare as a result. E&R Transportation did not provide prompt, courteous, or professional service!
