However: People want to make sure you are there on time & its only a 10 to 13 Min Drive at MOST according to MapQuest. I made it early just in case as the real DOCTORS Appt time was for 10:30. My husband would have gladly waited at the Drs office so as not to be charged a Cancellation fee if he was late or missed the appt. INSTEAD: The Driver wasnt here at 9:30 so @ 10 I called & the man called the driver. I was told he was 30 Mins away. That would have been the actual DOCTORS APPT TIME AT SO FLORIDA ORTHOPEDICS. He would have missed his appt entirely and they never called or did anything to inform me they were late. I had to leave workmen in my home unattended to take him. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM again. Perhaps they will change & do better in the future but for me: I AM DONE & WILL NEVER FIND OUT
