I was looking to purchase a gun safe. And visited several show rooms. When I walked in to the shop of Airborne Locksmith, I was immediately greeted and the shop guy attended me right away. He walked me through all the safes they have in stock (btw they have very nice selection of variable safes and prices, and can also special order anything you like). The guy was very knowledgeable and gave me all details about the safes I liked. He was not pushy and did not try to push me only to the most expensive safes. I also found their prices to be VERY competitive. They had sale on my favorite safe so I got it for very good price. They scheduled delivery and the safe was delivered to my house in the evening. I was in need buying a new safe, since I wanted to secure my guns better. I visited one store on Westheimer and was very disappointed. The store smelled like cigarets and customer service was very bad. The gentlemen who helped me was not knowledgeable and the way he talked to me was very rude. I did not want to do any business with them. So I searched for different place and found this locksmith shop nearby. And I am happy I did. The locksmith who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. Their inventory is pretty large and prices much better than in the first store I tried. They made sure that my experience was pleasant. I am so grateful for finding Airborne Locksmith in this catastrophic weather which we have had last several days. My garage door could not be opened, due to the freeze and no electricity I had no way to get to my car. I called around and could not find any available locksmith but thankfully I found this company. Their response time was only 30 min, even with the icy roads. The tech was very nice and professional.
