I had purchased my house in January 2026 and knew that the diverter in the bath tub wasn't working properly. Austin, from Royal Plumbing, came in, looked at the piping, and within a very short time figured out that when the bathroom was remodeled (long before I bought the house) that the pipes going to the diverted were incorrectly installed. It now works perfectly. Not only did Royal Plumbing respond quickly, fix the problem, and charge a very reasonable fee, but they also called a few weeks later to check and make sure I was happy with the work. He recommended replacing the compressor and coil since he said they were under warranty and we would have to pay for labor. Days later, a tech from a Corpus company found the problem almost immediately. The Schraeder valve (same as the valve in tires) was defective. Replaced the $1 part and we're good to go.

I do not understand why the charge for labor is that high, especially since they are already charging $140 for a service fee. It's so hot that the cows down here give evaporated milk. Fortunately, Roggeman is your biggest fan! They come out quickly to do a great job. They work with busy schedules to send out techs quickly to come and diagnose the problem. They offer great advice on what's going on with the air conditioners. When you run them as much as mine do, they need regular service. Fortunately, these guys know just what they're doing.
