I had pre-arranged to have a pick up from Pearson after returning from vacation so that once we had retrieved our luggage the car would be waiting outside, so this is what happened... Flight landed at 3:15pm, driver texted me at 3:03pm to say he was already at the airport waiting, thought it was a bit early for him to show up but didn't think much of it. Went through customs quickly and then headed to the carousel to collect our luggage. For some reason Pearson decided to dump 3 flights all on the one carousel so we stood there for 45 minutes waiting for the bags from our flight to come out which for some reason was the last plane to be emptied. Driver called me just after 4pm wanting to know where we were. I explained that we were still waiting for our bags and would text him as soon as we had them at which point he muttered something under his breath and hung up on me. 5 minutes later I get a call from their office and I once again explained to them what was happening and apologized even though it was out of my control. Over the next 10-15 mins I kept updating our driver ( got no answer from him each time) and after about 15 mins total we got our luggage and proceeded to head to our prearranged pick up spot. I texted the driver to let him know we were on our way out and at that point got a response saying " Kindly call office, i have left". To say I was furious is an understatement. This guy didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me he was leaving and to arrange for another driver!!! I then called the office and after being put on hold for 5 minutes so he could contact the driver I was told that he had picked up another fare because he'd been waiting too long and that they would send me another car in about 20 mins. I told him where to shove his cars and hung up on him. The delay was completely out of my control and I did not appreciate being stranded after a long flight. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to be extremely cautious before thinking about using them. I should have read these reviews before using this service. It wasn't a terrible experience but customer service and honesty/transparency are lacking. I've used similar services before because they tend to be a bit cheaper than a standard taxi. The driver arrived on time and called us when he pulled up. We just requested a sedan but a large SUV pulled up. The extra legroom was appreciated but not necessary. The quoted price from the website from downtown was $44 for a sedan. As we approached the airport I confirmed with the driver the rate. When we pulled up he said it was $44 + tax. The email confirmation confirms the rate but doesn't mention tax and there wasn't any time for me to find the information on the website. In the airport I was able to confirm online that tax was to be included. After tipping close to 20% on the $49 charged it was really only a matter of paying $6-7 more. I sent an email immediately to Airfleet with my confirmation email, a screen grab of the "includes tax" portion of the website + a photo of my receipt. They said they would discuss with the driver and get back to me. I don't know what they needed to discuss since I sent them everything they could need. A week later with still no response I emailed again. No response to this email as well. BEWARE! Do not use this service if you need a car to the airport. Reserved limo September 15th for September 17th at 5:45 am to Pearson Airport. Received confirmation and day before driver called advising he would arrive on time. Impressed with communication. However, no show at 5:45 and I called their dispatch at 6 am. Advised they would check and call me right back. At 6 :15, still no call and I was fortunate to get local Beck taxi to come right away. Dealing with Airfleet Limo was a very disappointing experience. Bottom line: They sent the wrong type of vehicle to pick me up for my flight even though I went to great lengths to specify what I needed, and why. And I even made sure to review the specificity of my needs when they called to confirm my booking. And what's worse is that the need was due to the fact that I am disabled. And I told them that. Repeatedly. They knew that I needed a specific type of vehicle or I would be unable to get into it. The result: I was left unable to get into the vehicle they sent (an enormous SUV that even an able-bodied large person would struggle to climb into). And of course this is no recreational limo service. I needed to catch a flight and I was left with no transportation to the airport, and scrambling to order a car while the clock was ticking. Incredible disrespect for a disabled person. If you are disabled or have any specific needs this is NOT the company for you. They don't listen or understand the seriousness of the issues a disabled person faces which, in my mind, means that they just don't care. PS: When the wrong vehicle showed up and I called the company to see what happened the woman I spoke with (same person with whom I made the booking and the confirmation) actually never apologized and she tried to blame the driver for the error. If I could give this place a zero, it would be happening. I've booked with this company a couple of times for business purposes and every time it's a mess. They do not send receipts, and the cars do not always come as specified. However, my most recent experience takes the cake. I have been asking for a receipt from a trip taken about a month ago since it happened (as it is policy to have all receipts for business purposes for credit card reconcilliations). After failing to provide the receipt on the day of the trip, I called the company 2 weeks later to follow up. I was promised it by end of day. I followed up two days later when it did not come and was promised the same thing. This happened every day for about a week, and still no receipt. Every time I ask to speak to the accountant or the manager, I am told they aren't there, but will be getting in in 20 minutes (which is always a lie!) Driver was on time and the ride went smoothly, although the price quoted in person was slightly higher than the price quoted online (but only like $5 more). So to get from east Etobicoke to the airport it was about $50. However, I took a flat rate taxi (not sure which company) coming home from the airport to the same location and it was $37. So you do pay a bit more for the "limo", it seems. read more

Would have given zero stars if I could. So.... we booked this service to take my husband and I from his office to downtown Toronto to a game, and pick us up afterwards. We live 75 min away from downtown. The ride down was ok, we also had them pick up our daughters to bring them downtown as well - that driver overcharged my kids and also was a horrible driver (pulled a u turn in oncoming traffic during rush hour!) All this would have been acceptable - not great but acceptable - until halfway through the 3rd period of the hockey game we got a call saying they weren't going to be able to pick us up, and we should call an Uber! Seriously? Apparently a car broke down. Ok, that happens, but then find another driver - you surely must have more than one car???? Not even the offer of we will still come get you but may be late. This was the worst service I have ever had....the following took place on April 19th. I sent the company 2 separate emails, and never heard back from the. Will NEVER use again, no one should! My husband and I were picked up last night at Toronto Airport for our ride to a Uxbridge. When I originally went on line the quoted price was $114.00, but when I arranged I was told that it would be$129.00. I signed up for this service. We were met at door 7 by our driver. That's when the fun began. Driving up Hwy 427, our driver tried to exit at the wrong exit, so he came to a complete stop, (in the middle of the highway), so he could move over, and continue going north. Once on ETR 407, he sort of drifted from lane to lane. We had to tell him where to get off. The driver had a very difficult time drive up Brock, he would slow way down, the speed up fast, only to brake and slow down. While this was happening, he often was on the wrong side of the road. I wanted to get out of the car, and wait for another taxi, husband told me to breathe, meanwhile, he couldn't take his eyes off the road. We slowly merged onto Goodwood Road (don't get me wrong, slow was good, because I felt so UNSAFE) but the driver actually had no idea where the road was. We continue a short distance until he drove off the road onto dirt shoulder, fighting to get back control. I was so scared. Finally arriving in my driveway, I couldn't get out of the car fast enough. Luggage was unloaded and my husband had $140.00 for our fee $129.00 quoted, $11.00 tip. The driver then told him there was a $30.00 ETR charge, and some airport charge, and we owed $170.00. I booked two limos and had to cancelled the service two days prior. The agent said no problem that it would not be charged. But it was fully charged! I called them several times, and was told every time that the accounting person would call back. I never got a response and no refund was given. Be careful! read more

This service is terrible. The driver was 20 minutes late for pickup, when the pickup time was for 6 a.m. and there was virtually no traffic. Only after 2 calls, did the dispatch call the driver to see where he was. Not finding the street was a very poor excuse but probably lack of competence was the reason for the company's lateness. I've used many airline limosine services and never had this problem, especially on a Saturday morning on a clear day. I wished I read some of the review first.........but who would have thought one would have to do that for a limo service that has been operating for many years in a major city. I would never use this service again. This is the most unscrupulous company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Booked them to pick up my daughter and 2 month old granddaughter in Barrie and paid them with my credit card $149 for a pickup on the morning of May 28th. They took my money off my card the day I called on May 24th. Never showed up as promised and confirmed by text the day prior to the pickup. They left my daughter and grand daughter stranded with no way to the airport. It has been more than 20 days in trying to get them to refund my money for a service that they did not provide and I get the same story every time I call - we have spoken with accounting and you should have your refund. Booked with them to take our family to and from the Pearson airport. Service was alright on the way there but we got resistance when we tried to pay with a credit card. Terrible service on pick up. Our limo did not show up although we had a confirmation of our details and when we called we were told they thought it was the next day and sorry but they had no one in the area to pick us up. They did not care that our family including 4 small children were left at the airport without a ride nor did they apologize for their mistake. We will never use this company again. read more

Driver showed up even though they provided no reservation confirmation for the booking. I had already made other arrangements. We did not use the service, and they demanded $60.00 anyways. I argued over the phone, they said the money would come out of the operators pocket if I didn't pay, so I paid because I felt bad that they would charge an employee out of pocket. This was the worst service ever! 1. Despite I emphasized 3 times on the address( home number) The dispatcher did not pay attention . He kept saying 134 and I was correcting 144. . So the cab went on another house in the morning. I called and it came 15 minutes late after I called 2. I left my cellphone at home so it took 5 minutes to return and pick it up. The driver was shouting and yelling that he would miss next pickup because of my mistake. He didn't take responsibility of going to another door 3. The driver could not understand many simple words in English 4. The cab had smell of spices and body odour. It wasn't a limousine at all and very low standards 5. At the end he Charged me 10$more than agreement and still said he lost another customer because of me( my pick up was supposed to be 5:45 , they picked me up at 6 with 5 minutes delayed headed towards airport at 6:05. Left me stranded. I ordered an SUV last night by telephone and when it didn't show up after waiting 10 minutes past scheduled pick up time, I called them. In the first call the call went to an automated system telling me the caller wasn't available. The second call I got a live person. They then told me they didn't have a reservation for a pick up. I had to get to the airport on a Saturday for 7:30am and I was shocked at what I was quoted by taxi companies that were authorized to offer flat rate from my place! I'm not made of money, so did various fare calculators for different limo companies and and Airfleet offered me a rate of just over $50.00 compared to the $75.00 that I was offered with taxi companies and for an air conditioned Lincoln town car no less. I booked two weeks in advance and got not only a confirmation call, but the driver called me a few minutes ahead of time to let me know that he would be there at 7am exactly and he was! So called the company and they said 10-15 mins someone would be there. 10-15 minutes passes and I called again, they say the same thing. Finally about 30 mins after the scheduled time I called again and they said that yup it would just be to 10-15 mins. Called to get a quote for transportation to the airport and was quoted $88. I advised them I recently used them for airport transportation from the same address and the rate was only $80. I was told the best they could do was $85. I decided to go online and try their online booking and was given the rate of $77 guaranteed. Needless to say I booked online rather than on the phone. The driver was supposed to arrive by 7:00 a.m. By 7:15 no driver so I called and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back....no answer. Called again and the same gentleman answered who had put me on hold said the driver was involved in an accident and couldn't leave the scene (didn't believe this for a second). I asked them why no one bothered to call if one of their drivers who should have been on his way more than an hour ago based on where we live supposedly got into an accident and got no reply. He offered to send another car but it would take at least 45 minutes to arrive (it was now total rush hour on the 401). I told him that is not acceptable as we would miss our flight. No apologies from this company, nothing. We had to jump in the car and drive ourselves barely making our flight and costing us $325 in parking at the airport. Worst company ever. Business rating: ZERO! In the US, I often have booked limos for various events. I booked this limo service for a family celebration. I had specific requirements such as a black limo and a driver that knows the downtown area since we wanted to sightsee that night after our dinner reservation. Instead, the limo service sent a driver that did not even know who to get to our restaurant for dinner reservation. We had to direct the limo driver using our cell phones! This caused us to cancel our after dinner sightseeing. The limo was also grey. The limo service said that they do not charge until the end of the trip. Guess what? They pulled the money at the start and still charged us the hour we canceled even though I called to tell them we were cutting short our ride since the driver did not know how to get around downtown Toronto.
