I told him exactly what I wanted and he did a flawless job! Since I am in and out of Odessa a few times a month, I plan on stopping and having Frank cut my hair every chance I get. That was what I thought after my first cut. Never went to anyone else. Now David has got his own place and is more than worth the drive to see him.
