I told him exactly what I wanted and he did a flawless job! Since I am in and out of Odessa a few times a month, I plan on stopping and having Frank cut my hair every chance I get. That was what I thought after my first cut. Never went to anyone else. Now David has got his own place and is more than worth the drive to see him. Don't let the flash of the new pimped-out shop fool ya... David is still the modest manners and genuine old school barber I met years ago.
