Mike did a great job fixing a wind damaged metal ridge cap on my roof. He came over immediately…read morewhen I called, removed the twisted ridge cap, went and got a new one and had it installed all within a couple hours. Mike really knows what he's doing and was excellent to do business with at a reasonable price. I would definitely call him again.

Mike's Roofing is the Best! After calling roofing company after roofing company and hearing only…read morethe most unaffordable prices imaginable to fix my roof's ridge vent and some fascia that was falling off, I finally found MIke! I could tell right away that his prices would be reasonable because when I asked him how much he'd charge for repairing the fascia alone, he didn't charge me the $1200 or $2000 minimum that other companies were charging - just to nail back in the fascia! Not only are his prices much, much better, but he's very prompt and great at communicating. He shows up when he says he will. He calls and keeps in contact if he's going to be a little bit later. On top of that, he works with his son, Nick, and their teamwork is impressive to watch! They work extremely well together, they have high standards, and their manner towards each other is so pleasant that it makes the entire experience a very positive one. It was quite a sight to see Mike working on the fascia from the ladder while Nick was simultaneously working on the same piece of fascia while lying on the edge of the roof and holding it in place. They were extremely careful, skillful, good-natured, professional, friendly, and serious about doing a great job. Their work on fixing the fascia was much better than a handyman team that fixed my front fascia a few years ago and left it bumpy and with nails in the front rather than on the underside. They replaced the awful ridge vent I had - 6 inches across - with one that was 14 inches across - a much more intelligent design for keeping wind from blowing rain right into the attic. They matched the color of the vent, as well, to match my green roof! I don't know why the former roofer sold me that awful ridge vent. How can a ridge vent like that keep humidity out of your attic if it's letting in rain? I can't say enough good things about Mike's Roofing. There was not one thing I didn't like about their work and their manner. They were even careful of the wild rabbits in our yard - careful not to drop anything on them. And MIke even cheerfully put up with the jungle of tall shrubs he had to climb through - and prickers - to access the fascia. It feels great to have a solid roof over our heads again and no more leaks coming through our ceiling! Thank you so very much, Mike and Nick!

I needed someone with knowledge of soffit repair who also had the ability and appropriate equipment…read moreto safely mount my garage roof to access and repair an opening in the soffit of the eave of the second floor roof. Got that? Among the coupons in the Consumer Pak that came in the mail was one for Saratoga Roofing. It said they also did siding in addition to roofing. I figured that might give them an advantage. I called, talked to a real person, and explained what my problem was. I was informed that their estimator, Oleg, would be contacting me to schedule a visit. I received the call from Oleg not more than 30 minutes later. He was able to schedule a visit later that same day. When Oleg arrived, we reviewed the work that needed to be done. Taking advantage of his presence and knowledge, I pointed out a less urgent problem with the soffit in a different section of the house, and a concern I had with some siding at a third location. He assured me that the two soffit problems could be fixed and that I did not need to be concerned about the siding issue. We then agreed upon a price to do the soffit repairs. I was next actually surprised to see that Oleg was prepared to do the repairs right then and there. He unloaded the necessary ladders, tools, and equipment to safely scale the garage roof and fix my major problem. With that section of soffit resolved he moved to the other side of the house and realigned and secured the other soffit. I can't be more pleased with the service, promptness, and work performed by Saratoga Roofing. Oleg was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

First off - roof replacement by a responsible contractor is going to be expensive. That's a fact -…read morejust deal with it. We got prices from three contractors and they were all within a fairly narrow window. We chose Saratoga Roofing primarily based on the quality of the roof inspection. Igor appeared to know what he was talking about, and pointed out both positive and negative things about our old roof that other estimators either didn't see or didn't think was important. We had originally agreed on a date for the work, but then that called to ask if they could move the work forward a few days to avoid a possible weather situation. The crew started arriving at 6:15am and were hard at work by 7am - and they completed the project by 7pm and did a great job of cleaning up. And that was on a day that got well into the 90s. They brought in a large crew - I didn't actually count heads, but there must have been at least 12-15 people. And the way they worked together was amazing to watch - at one point I noted to my wife that it was almost like ballet as they complemented each other. Our roof is complicated - peaks and valleys, and fairly steep. So the bottom line is that we were very pleased with the work they did. I'm sure that there are contractors who might have been less expensive, but this is a job that hopefully we never have to get done again, so I would rather pay a bit more to get it done right.

After a called Travelers for the claim I immediately called All Star Roofing! Alina answered the phone and after I caught my breath Segundo arrived a couple of days later. All Star Roofing says it right in the name All-Stars!

Had these guys do my roof in August of '21. The whole experience was not a pleasant one and now…read moresome of my shingles are already starting to go! Nick (one of their "project managers" I suppose?) was a good salesman but on the day of the install, was a complete mess!! The crew showed up on time and ready to work, Nick is nowhere to be found. Finally pulls up like 1.5 hrs late (with a lame excuse as to why he's late). I take one good look at Nick, wow the guy is completely hung over! He forgot everything we've discussed (even though I sent him a txt two days before) and backs up the dumpster into a ditch. The crew doesn't speak a word of English; Nick doesn't speak any Spanish, it's going great. Once the crew starts working, Nick bounces and doesn't come back till pretty much end of the day. When he comes back, he shows up with a BUDDY of his! What is this a hang out of some sorts?! Both of them are high as kites!! The buddy keeps babbling nonstop, Nick is sweating buckets (while it's now a cool evening). He kept lifting up his shirt, using the bottom of it to wipe off his sweaty forehead - I do not need to see this! Now, it's pitch black outside and the crew is still working because Nick is such a mess of a "project manager". They're using THEIR PHONES flashlights to finish the job. This is a joke. We had them replace skylights while doing the roof as well and Nick brought wrong handles so we couldn't open them for months (we have an A-frame so the skylights are actually our main windows). I kept calling Nick about the handles and he kept telling me they're on back order. I did some digging and figured out who their supplier is, called them myself - nothing is on back order! He, similarly kept making excuses for the blinds that were supposed to come with the skylights. Have yet to receive those. About a month after the job was complete, I had a leak at my chimney. Got a hold of the owner, it got fixed. Now, almost two years later, some of the shingles are starting to fall apart! No, definitely would not recommend these guys.
