I finally was able to remove handle & resubmit card. After two more attempts card was accepted. I will be driving another hour with the smell of gas. I have COPD, so itmakes it especially difficult. I have used this, specific Chevron for years, as I travel I-5 north to south between 2 and 4 times monthly. I will never come here again & will share this upsetting ordeal with others. No one ever responded.

Their prices are way higher than others in town but we still get it because of the supposed better quality. Yesterday I got a call about our budget plan that we started last year. They figure an average of gallons then figure what your monthly payment is going to be. Ours was $70. monthly. I knew there would be an extra balloon payment at the end for overage but i was told it was going to be $740.++ I'm shocked because this is almost twice what we have been paying in years past. I asked if we were the only ones and she said no there were many others she was calling because of the huge disparagement. She asked if we had done something to use more and we had a new heat pump and tankless water heater but they should have been more efficient. Then I'm thinking so did all these other customers do something different, too????? I have been really disappointed in the over all service over the years, except for the delivery drivers that have been friendly. The other alternative in our location is way worse so we live with it. Hear what customers are saying and make changes to be better. As a positive about them, they have never, in 20 years, let us run out of propane which is a plus compared to reviews I read about Ferrell gas.

No bullshit extra $ if you use debit or credit. I never carry cash so it makes it worth my while to go here. I save money and I dont feel like im gettinf ripped off even more for using my debit card. Everywhere else in Lewis County charges more now for anything but cash. Also, my jeep gets better fuel milage with their fuel. I don't know why, but it does. If I were to fill up say somewhere like LOVES, I get about 20-30 miles less on my tank. I've tested this out at several gas stations in our area. I never go inside or buy anything from inside. All surrounding stations had prices soaring above Safeway Express, as high as $4.09!!! Even our go to ARCO was $3.49?! This Safeway Express offers a large area of gas pumps, I think 4 islands, and the Convenience store for quick grab snacks and or drinks etc. Highly recommended.
