When we asked for some towels at the front desk, the lady rudely informed us that there were no towels at all, not even a hand towel. We then asked for toilet paper and she muttered under her breath "I hate people." Definitely not family friendly. We also learned "the gym has a leak" so we were unable to use it. If you like cold eggs and stale cereal in a gum ball machine, this is the place for you. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries. Be sure to pack a towel if you want to stay clean.

However, I would have to pay $25 for that extra hour I would be in there or I would have to wait until 3 pm. So, I waited until 3 pm in the lobby and then got checked in, I finally got to my room only to find the key doesn't work. So had to drag all my luggage back downstairs to get the key rescanned. From check-in to 2 attempts to get into my room, I didn't get into my room until 3:20 pm. This is the first time I have ever had a hotel try and charge me for trying to get in a little early. I've gotten in 4 hours early multiple times with no extra charge. I typically leave 3 hours before check-out so should I get reimbursed for that? This is just bad business and even worse customer relations. If they were busy or setting up for an event, etc. I would understand it but when there is nothing happening and they are just sitting there. I just don't get it. Neither myself nor my team, who make regulars trips here, will not be staying at this hotel. Overall, that $25 will cost them thousands in revenue. Laundry facility is new, huge, & always clean. Wifi was spotty but they've worked on it & it now covers the whole park. Showers are also nice & new, large & clean. They also have a brand new mobile home park next door where you can rent their new mobile homes & also split homes for single people. We checked out the other parks in town & this was by far best, newest, & no more expensive! There's even a rec room. (& tell them Kimela sent you & I get a discount!)

This park has done nothing but go down hill since they opened! If there is an emergency and it is not between 9am -4pm you are out of luck! Ex: in the winter if your water burst and you need to shut it off good luck! Or if you think your kids are safe think again because even though there is a slow speed posted the office could care less and 50mph is perfectly acceptable to the office! I think my favorite is the 4th of July Notice..... it states that no fireworks are allowed to be set off in the park and if so Williston Village RV will fine you and these rules are strictly enforced! Of course when the on premises management is setting them off I think these letters are sent out as a Joke, but it really isn't a problem for the on site management as they live in a house trailer and not a 5th wheel that will burn to the ground in a second........ these things are basically toothpicks that will catch fire with ease! I called and a delightfully voice said come on over and she gave us great directions. Side bar it is well off the highway on a dirt road. And there aren't any signs to direct you. When we arrived Ashley took us to a spot. Then she said if this is too windy I have places that have wind blocks. We were exhausted from fighting the wind and we were thrilled to just be able to stop for the night. In the morning we realized this is very much an oilman's camp. It's is all gravel. Not a blade of grass here. Not great for my pooches. But again we were so happy to have a place to gather ourselves we didn't care. We even stayed an extra day to go shopping at the Walmart down the road and do our laundry (which is another issue) and get ready to press on. On the surface the laundry room looked ok but I quickly realized more machines were broken than worked. Ashley quickly gave me refunds for the machines that ate my quarters then didn't seem to have power. Anyway we came, we rested, we move on. And Ashley was awesome!
