Now its the banks fault apparently. Appalling customer service, the operator talks over me and doesn't give me an opportunity to finish speaking and then is rude to me. I called the office they confirmed twice that payment is due on arrival. the company have a recording of me asking these questions and of the company telling me as expected to pay on arrival. when i insisted to pay on arrival he pulled into a lay by in the middle of no where. Communication was terrible. Im a female alone and I was scared the office hung up on me and tried to only talk through their own personal number so it wasn't recorded on their company phone. As the driver was parked in the middle of no where I was too scared so I jumped out the car and called the police. they basically made up a policy that isn't on the website nor was practiced by their other diver. con men. Don't use.
